Price changed at check out when finishing the transaction, was disappointed think that is bad business, I should of cancelled the ticket.

The booking was with ease and I was giving several offers for hotels and taxi. I hope to come back again to book a flight when I'm planing to come back to Atlanta from Illinois.

I booked a flight, needed to change the date or canceled the flight. Can not do it because my call was answered 5 hours after waiting. Still waiting, no solution.
Bad experience.

Booking online was very easy. The itinerary is very easy and clear to understand. No issues to be reported yet, but the flight has not occurred yet either.

Decent prices, ok user interface, some confusion over pricing and details but it was all adequately explained by the site before purchase confirmation.

I was looking for airfare for a last minute trip and JustFly was able to accommodate me. My wife and I not only have tickets but seats together that other websites were not able to do for us. Also, there was a seat charge error and they caught it and were able to issue a refund for it before I even noticed. Great customer service and I would highly recommend.

Very affordable compared to other airlines. Very easy to book. Hope it will be a great flight for ne and my dayghter. Thank you very much

Flight canceled at last minute.
My mother had to drive to BGR airport & return to Bar Harbor- a 90 minute drive one way!

So far so good, I really enjoy purchasing flight from justfly. As long you don't get as expensive as the other sites I will continue usuing it.

I had just written a bad review and justfly investigated and returned my $50.00. I wish they would have taken care of it at the time and saved me all the frustration. If you are going to use them make sure everything is right or the fees will add up. I know they charge extra to pick a seat and might also charge to bring a carry on. So make sure you add it all up before your purchase

Pricing was great for a flight to London! Will use justfly for hotel and air for next international flight.

The website was easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable. I liked being able to choose seats but the cost of $35 per seat per segment seems high.

Very happy with flight info given and updates on prices to desired destination. A very good organization to use for travel.

I had run a search and saw the price for the flight I wanted. But when I tried to book. The site stop responding. It did that for a couple of times. Then when I finally was going to book... it told me it was available over the phone. When I called. Then I was told price had changed. And they couldnt book the tickets of my children. Call was too long.
By the time I called the airline. The price already went up way too high..

Last time I booked the ticket and want to change, they charged me extra money. For loyal customer, they have to have favorite policy. Otherwise, why I have to book through Justfly?

The site was super easy to use, they give great comparisons and offer the best price I could find. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends and family! I actually heard of it through my aunt.
