I paid for same day delivery but it was next day and they wanted to substitute something other than what I ordered.
The flowers delivered was less than. Difference was vase and fullness of bouquet.
Sorry for the inconvenience but this order was made due to the information that was given to the florist. Red carnations, Orange roses and Yellow daises. Also was given the balloon the order amount was $55.
Never order anything from justflowers.com! Their customer service is awful. Order flowers to be delivered on Monday, they weren't delivered until Tuesday and then they were left on the front porch when the temp was 0°. They are refusing to give me my money back.

I paid for express delivery and was given a time and the flower were not delivered till 3pm on the 8th of Jan. Also the picture that was provided was not was delivered

Lots of things went wrong with this order. It was very important for the flowers to be delivered on a specific day in the morning (for which I paid an extra $4.99 and it wasn't delivered until 3PM). I was told the delivery fee was $9.99 (it turned out to be twice as much) There was an $6.49 fee (which I was never advised of) I called in advance to ask how tall the vase and bouquet would be approximately and was told 18" (it turned out to be less than 8) I paid an extra $10 for more flowers (the bouquet had 2 roses and a bunch of cheap flowers) My total cost was about $95. The bouquet was a total embarrassment. I spent about 2 hours on the phone talking to managers and the best they could do was offer me a $30 refund on the flowers and a return of my $4.99 since the flowers arrived late. The bouquet this person received was a total joke and we ended up buying her a different (more expensive) gift. "Just Flowers" felt that since I received some kind of bouquet, I should pay. It wasn't even close to the picture on the website. It's like ordering a pair of pants for $65 and receiving a pair of shorts and the company insisting you keep the shorts and they will send you a $30 discount. I understand that things can go wrong. It's important to deal with a company that treats their customers fair. Sometimes you just have to refund people their money. That's the cost of doing business. I feel that just Flowers did not provide the customer service they should have. The first picture is what's on the website, the second and third picture is what the person received.

I had to battle for a refund from you people and still I believe you take no responsibility. I ordered flowers based on an ad you emailed. The ad stated you could deliver by Christmas. The email I got from you said you could not deliver what I ordered and was a substitute ok. I said that would be fine. It was getting late in the day on the 24th and I called you to verify the delivery. I was told, sorry but we will deliver on the 26th. As I told you, you people told me the arrangement would be delivered on the 24th, I did not tell you. You couldn't ever call or text that it would not be delivered as promised. I then had to battle to have the order cancelled and get a refund. That is exactly how this came down and I'm still not happy about it.

Easy To Order, Quick To Receive. A very nice arrangement but the white flowers could have been a bit fresher, they seemed a little wilted around the edges.

Do NOT use Just Flowers! They are scammers and thieves. I ordered an $85 USD arrangement for my mother (who lives in Canada) to be delivered for Christmas and the day before delivery they messaged me and said the local company where she lives is out of stock with the flowers I chose and asked if I'd like them to send "wrapped flowers" instead as that's all they had. Considering it was for Christmas the next day, I agreed and they did indeed send wrapped flowers which had a price tag still on them that said "$25" My mother thought Safeway had sent them for some reason because the card I asked for didn't even make it into the flowers. I asked that Just Flowers refund "the difference" in cost of the two items and I was told that the local retailer says it was a bunch of equal value… $25 CAD is nowhere close to equal value ($85 usd equals $123 cad). They said they would give me a $15 credit instead but won't refund the rest of the money. Just Flowers has just made a cool $68 bucks ($100 cad) off me for doing nothing. Beware, this company is scamming people out of their money.

Website photos are misleading and customer service is not helpful. They substituted a different plant from the one I ordered and never notified me of the change. I wasn't even notified that they were delivered. 1st photo is what was purchased, second photo is from their website which is a substituted plant, third photo is what was delivered which obviously does not look like the second photo.
Poor quality plant. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

We are terribly sorry that the item that you ordered was majorly substituted. We have called all our local florists in the area and have exhausted all our resources but were not able to find anyone who will be able to do the exact item. In order for us to deliver on time necessary substitutions need to be made.
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

Despite having been given sufficient notice, Just Flowers failed to deliver the arrangement on the day that was requested. The flowers arrived at the recipient's home the following day after the festivities had concluded. She was left to believe that we had completely forgotten or ignored her significant milestone. It was both embarrassing and disappointing.

Yesterday afternoon I placed an order for my girlfriend's birthday today. Here I am thinking that everything was perfect and good to go, until I realized they never arrived at my girlfriend's house. No email, no text, no apology, no forewarning. In the middle of the day I decide to call the number since their website is a complete hack (where is the promised online customer service, why is it impossible to log in with my order information that is as recent as yesterday?). When I finally got a hold of someone, the initial customer service was rude as hell as though they're not currently on a shift being a Customer Service Rep. After asking about my order, I was put on hold for x amount of time, so I hung up. They call back and say that my order has been delayed. No warning, no notification about this in the middle of the day where on their website it says their deliveries begin at 9AM each day. I ask for a full refund and they begin to offer next to nothing in return. 10 dollars...15 dollars. I stand down on my refund because the entire thing is ridiculous to me. I then have to wait for a manager for at least 5-10 minutes for correspondence to begin. The manager begins giving me the same shtick as the previous rep. FINALLY after explaining they ruined my plans of the current day that they cannot fulfill, they then claim that I will see my refund posted in 1-4 days. I NEVER post reviews about anything. But If you're a guy that wants to make one of your ladies happy by ordering flowers, please FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AVOID THIS BUSINESS. They do not deserve anyone's with how they currently treat their customer. I wish the best for them to turn around this horrible business handling.
Ryan, we received your order at 8:41 PM on Saturday night for delivery the next day on Sunday when deliveries are not guaranteed. A full refund was already processed on 12/16/2024.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
