I paid extra for same day service for flowers to be delivered to a family member after an unexpected death of her husband (while on vacation in Europe). I received no confirmation of delivery. When I finally called in the evening the florist could not be reached and there had been no indication of being sent from the florist. I was convinced not to cancel the order by the call center. The next day, went through the same thing again. The flowers were finally delivered by the evening of the second day. I was comped the cost of same day delivery. Was not offered anything, not even an apology from management much less any sort of discount for the headache and stress that this caused me. Worst customer service ever! Will not do business with them again.
I would like to speak with someone. My best friend just had her husband and son both diagnosed with different types of cancer. I want to set up a delivery "different thinking of you" gifts for the next several weeks. My phone *******147.
This is the second time I have placed an order for "expedited delivery" and it was not delivered
In the time which I paid for. I will have to consider other options in the future if I need something delivered by a "specific time".
Very easy website to navigate, however, was sent an image of the flowers once they arrived and the size of the bouquet was way smaller then featured on the website. Also paid more for shipping to guarantee that it would be at the recipients house before 1pm and the flowers got there at around 6 pm.

As a chaplain for the VFW Auxiliary I order many flowers and I have trust in Just flowers to get the order to the recipient. I had a bad experience with another on line company and appreciate the care taken by Just Flowers.
