The shipping and handling fee is excessive. The delivery was not made on the day indicated, it was two days late. Customer service was NOT at all helpful. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from email promotions, has not happened yet. Won't be ordering again and DO NOT RECOMMEND at all.

Nice selection on my international order.
I am a regular customer, this was an expensive order and the quality was poor. Flowers were placed in a green styrofoam base, however, some flowers have soft stems and were not in water and hence were wilted. Also, for the price (base price of $100) flowers were arranged as a half circle--i.e., not even a full circle. My previous order to this was very good, this was frustratingly poor. I would be glad to send a picture so you can inform the reseller.

Simple and responsive web site, thank you. My daughter was away camping and I misunderstood her return date. Just Flowers delivered her birthday gift even though I gave them the incorrect date! Thank you ever so.
We had a difficult time getting the flowers delivered. We had wanted a plant but later were told no plants could be delivered but flowers could be. We received a phone call but were not able to get anyone when we tried to return the call. It took several attempts. The operator was nice when we finally reached them and helped get things ordered but... We would have preferred to just cancel. Probably won't try this again and will always just call a brick and mortar business in any town we send to. Thanks.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
