I just received an e-mail saying that $10.00 off if I order now. When I go to finalize the order, in small letter it says that this applies only to items of $50.00 or more. Instead I get $5.00 off. It seems that your advertising is not totally true.

Flowers were great, selection, appearance, etc. These were for Mother's Day.The problem arose when they tried to deliver them on Friday and we werent home and rater than leave them, they chose to take them back. I contacted customer service on at least three different occasions trying to get it redelivered. I would repeatedly told it was out for doelivery...but it didnt come and they did not deliver them until Sunday morning

Delivered a week late. Never offered a refund. They never proactively told me my order was not being delivered. Horrible experience. But this was during the time of the pandemic so put it in perspective as much as could. Thx. I'm sure your team was doing the best they could. But overall if this is indicative of normal policy. Then not good.
Would order again in future
This is an update on my original review. The flowers I ordered were guaranteed to be delivered on Saturday. I called on numerous occasions to get a status and no one answers the phone. I wrote emails that weren't responded to ever. You'll notice the standard response is... We're here to help. Please provide your seven digit order number. I provided it several times and still never received a response.the flowers arrived 4 days after the guaranteed day and didn't look at all like what I paid for. It was horribly embarrassing!
This is an update of my review concerning flowers for delivery on Mother's Day. The site guaranteed a Saturday delivery, but did not deliver until threes following Tuesday. What did get deluvered was so embarrassing. The flowers I ordered had mostly roses in them Ann's what got delivered did not contain a single rose. Mostly carnations and granary. Of course I paid dearly for the arrangement. As you'll notice in all the negative reviews a standard statement is issued, we are her to help. Please give your invouce number. This will result in absolutely boring. I could never get the phone answered or an email response. Once you give them your money, you'll never receive any communication from this company again.
On 5/16 I spoke with my bank and requested a chargeback for the order that was NEVER received. On the 5/18 I received an email from just flowers stating that the florist that received the order delivered it but would investigate further. Naturally I responded that it was a bunch of crap and let them know I had already requested a refund through my card company. Thank God on 5/23 my account had been credited $114.97 don't know if it was the creditor that pushed it through or not but I will never use this company again... maybe I just need to send gift cards!
I placed a mother's day topiary arrangement for my daughter Friday 5/8/20, today is Tuesday 5/12/20. I called and was on hold for who know's how long and left several emails with no response. What a waste of time. My daughter lives in Maryland so I have no idea what florist received the order, so unable to speak to anyone directly. I contacted my bank this morning and put in a dispute to get my money back. Justflowers.com website stated I had over 6hrs. To put in order to get the arrangement delivered on time for a next day delivery of 5/9/20. Lies and Terrible service!
The flowers were 3 days late. I was promised a $10 credit. I need received it. Your customer service really stinks.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
