My last order was delayed my four days, with deliveries everywhere delayed similarly by the pandemic difficulties. I would have preferred notification of the delay, but understood the problem. My most recent delivery was right on the scheduled time, which was much appreciated as the recipient had just been released from the hospital. She needed some cheering up which the beautiful flowers provided. Thank you.

Not happy at all, I received no replies when I called day 1, day 2, day 3 and even after several emails. The order was 10 days late and no communication or credit.

Easy ordering and help if needed
Was not delivered in a timely matter. Then wanted to charge extra for delivery.
After have placing an order for Easter and was very satisfied, I had decided to order again for the same person's birthday in May. Flowers were delivered on time, looked beautiful, and I would not hesitate to order again for the next occasion.

My experience was fine. But, this company has a lot of hard work to do to recover from a multitude of other bad reviews. Perhaps, new management is trying to turn things around? Again, I had no problems with my experience.
It is really difficult to know what is going on when flowers are sent to another person. I did not receive confirmation of delivery and it has taken over six weeks for you to follow up.
Tried to support local florist during covid-19 and none were delivering so i chose your website and it was the quickest and easiest online shopping I've done since quarantine and social distancing. Thx

The website is easy to use & the service has always been reliable.
Previously, I had no complaints using Justflowers. However, I placed an order on Saturday, April 4th, to be sent to a Oakmont, PA rehab. Ctr. On Sunday, April 5,2020. My sister received those flowers on Thursday, April 9th. She received the cookies just two hours before she was due to leave the rehab. Ctr. Two different representatives promised me a discount of $10 off of the flowers order and $5 off of the cookies order. I did finally receive the discounts, but it took me talking to three reps before a very polite young man actually did what he said he would do. So Justflowers will get a "one star" for services rendered for these two orders. P.S., products and services should each have their own rating block. Services were bad but both products were great (flowers & cookies).
Delivered as promised
I hope the flower arrangement is as pretty as it looks on line.
Too many choices with redundant color combinations. More plants would have been nice. PayPal would have been nice.
Delivery on Memorial Day - the birthday I was commemorating would have been nice. Getting flowers a day late isn't ideal. The recipient goes an entire day thinking their birthday went unnoticed (but for a phone call, but you get the idea).

The main entrance to my mothers nursing home was closed. Flowers were left at that main entrance - luckily later in the day my mother was able to get someone to bring her the flowers, which sat outside for a better part of the day.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
