There were so many choices and easy to order.
Wide selection and price but still more than I wanted to spend especially when adding a delivery charge to the cost. Website is set up for easy online shopping. I ordered breathtaking bouquet of stargazer pink lilies flowers but arrangement had no lilies. I spent a lot of time picking out the flowers that I wanted sent but wasn't even close. Although, the recipient said she loved the bouquet that was sent so I was happy about that and left it at that.
Service fee was to much.
The shop that fulfilled my order was great, but delayed my delivery.
Not really the arrangement I ordered but it was nice.
So far it has gone pretty well...a little hard to locate all the information...so much color on all the pages. I am eager to hear the results from my family tomorrow.

Because this was during Covid 19...the flowers ordered were not deliverable to the care home. The Mom and Me shop called the care home to see what was acceptable. Mom and Me looked at their selection of items and called me.long distance... to suggest an alternative. A lantern with an artificial flower and foliage inside. Although I didn't see it. The 99yr recipient was thrilled.
Large selection to choose from with reasonable prices. Website was easy to navigate.
First and foremost, your selections are pricey especially for a local florist. Second, you have a lot of additional fees that do not appear until the end.

Very user friendly - Unfortunately this is during the Covid pandemic so there was a delay of 5 or so days before my sister received the flowers. Totally understand the delay because of the virus. I would order from you all again for sure.

My order was to be delivered on a Saturday according to my order, but was not delivered until the following Wednesday.
I had tried contacting customer service to find out the problem, and there was no person to speak to. Only automated service was available. Worst flower order experience I ever had.
I ordered all purple tulips but received pink. I always buy my daughter tulips for her birthday and know the difference between pink and purple. I specifically ordered purple. Despite my disappoint in the color the tulips were absolutely beautiful...excellent quality!

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
