I purchased flowers on June 20th, asking that they be delivered on June 21st to a lady in Texas for her 90th birthday. She did not receive the flowers, and when I inquired with your company, I was left a message saying that an attempt was made on June 20th to deliver the flowers but no one was home so the delivery person left the flowers with the neighbor. I spoke to the lady who said she was home all day on the 20th and 21st. Neither she nor I was notified about any flowers being left with a neighbor. The neighbor did not acknowledge receipt of any flowers. Just flowers customer service is REFUSING to refund these flowers, even though it was not handled appropriately at all! VERY POOR customer service! Will NOT purchase flowers from them again.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my cousin's funeral home visitation. I ordered on Saturday for a Monday afternoon viewing at 2-5 p.m. I paid an additional delivery fee to insure that the arrangement was there when the visitation began. The flowers were priced at about $125 dollars and taxes, delivery charge and an expedited delivery fee of $4 was added bring the total to $152. The arrangement had 5 roses, 3 spider mums, 3 white delphium stalks and 2 buds which were not open. There was some baby's breath and greens to help provide a bit of filler. I was embarrassed beyond belief to think that any florist would send this for $152. I called to complain and was told that they would get back to me after speaking to the florist who filled the order. They have not returned my call and I still don't know the florist's company that filled this order. Trust me, I will never use this service again. When I called a local florist they were appalled that so few flowers were used for the price that was paid. They were also appalled that an additional delivery charge was applied for an order that was placed 2 days in advance. There was no artistic skill used to produce the final product. Do not use this company.

I was very pleased that Just Flowers was able to accept and process an order in a timely way. Our grandson's zoom birthday had a special delivery of balloons that were a hit! Just Flowers responded quickly when I checked on the delivery. In these challenging times, Just Flowers 'rose' to the occasion.
I ordered the flowers for my daughter-in-law. They came a day later than than they told me they would. She sent me a picture of the flowers, they didn't even come close to resembling what I ordered. They had no ribbon,they were all white, no color at all. The vase they were in was a clear ginger jar vase that you can buy for a dollar a the dollar store. Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
