Site stated flowers would be delivered on Mother's Day but did not arrive until almost a week after Mother's Day! Tried to call and email to cancel but no help! After several attempts to call to cancel finally reached someone after being put on hold for 1.5 hours. Representative was rude and no refund was issued even though promised delivery date was not fulfilled. So many other great flower delivery sites. Do not use justflowers! They know people are desperate to send flowers last minute and pretend to fulfill the promise of getting flowers delivered when you want to lure you in.
This was so easy to order! Thank You! Will be 100% pleased when it's delivered on Friday and I hear from her on what it looks like :)

The flowers were delivered three days late, and when I called your company, I was told the delivery person could not get through the gate. THERE IS NO GATE! Then the customer service person pretended that she tried to call the relatives, but it was the middle of the night in Australia. She blatantly lied. Very disappointing

Please do not let Justflowers.com deceive you. I ordered a bouquet and was extremely disappointed when I found out what was pictured was not delivered. They are false advertising and their customer service did not care to make ammends.

Considering the circumstances everything went very well onloyh comment is that the two bowls of flowers (for mom and baby) which originally came togethr were detached hence sort of lessening the effect
My husband ordered a birthday balloons to surprise me on my birthday after a couple of hours the balloons start to fail down I was shocked and at all I am not happy with this kind of service it is the worst order we had plus the customer service it was so Weird and not nice how to deal with the customer when we called and made complain about the order regarding to the policy of the company it says when the customer not satisfied with the order they will exchange it or refund our money

Latex balloons don't usually last any longer than 10-12 hours. You may review the item on our website and it specifically states right below the picture:

Covid made it difficult to deliver to senior living place. Gift was for someone turning 100 years old. Luckily we were able to get it re-delivered to daughter's home instead. Thank you!

This arrangement was for our granddaughter's 18th birthday. It turned out beautiful. She was surprised and thrilled with it. We sent it from our home in MO to KY.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
