I tried several other sites and your prices were much better. One site tried to charge me over $20 more and didn't make this cost show up front. I appreciate that I could easily see what your fees are and you were much more reasonably priced. Thank you for doing that. This is a very tough time with my nephew's death and you made it easy for me to send a bit of happiness to my sister and her family. Thank you.

Very easy to order online. Flowers and candy went to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. She said the plant was beautiful.
I sent flowers to my daughter on the day of her would be bridal shower. I was disappointed that she did not receive them for several days later.
Ordered flower for mother's day. They said they would deliver and got e-mail confirmation that said they would. On the day of delivery, they sent another e-mail. Saying they could not deliver. The final delivery was one full week late. The $59 purchase cost almost $100 in hidden fees. Customer service totally useless. After the delivery, I received phone call saying "I am sorry we cannot deliver - do you want us to try to deliver again." I said no they have been delivered - please cancle the delivery.
I sent these as a gift and recipient took photo. Glowers looked beautiful.
This company is horrible! I ordered flowers on 5/8/20 for Mothers Day - website stated GUARANTEED delivery on 5/9/20. They immediately took the money out of my acct. TO DATE, no flowers have been received. I have left multiple messages with no return call, and sent several emails with no response. Yesterday I called and finally got a person, and she couldn't give me any information, except she needed to call the florist. She told me she would call be before close of business with some kind of information. Still nothing. I called again today and spoke with another representative. She just told me she could not get in contact with the florist. She could not cancel my order, and she could not tell me what florist they were attempting to get the flowers from. I basically ended up having no new information, I'm out over 100 bucks and have NO flowers to show for this money! I'm very frustrated and would NOT recommend ever using this service to order flowers.

My daughter ordered a vase of cut orchids for Mother's Day and they sent a one stem phalaenopsis as a replacement. She also ordered extra stems for the orchids costing her close to 100. The plant sent was what I could buy in Publix or Trader Joes's for $15. She asked for an adjustment and they have refused. Do not order from them!

I'm active duty and stationed far from home. Sadly I wasn't able to see my mom in person and decided get get her flowers for mother's day. I spent $112 on justflowers for absolutely no reason. They guaranteed the flowers would be delivered on mother's day it wasn't it still hasn't been delivered. I understand due to covid a lot of places are closed but I've been trying to get in contact with them and haven't got any replies. I've called 5+ times and emailed them twice.

I dont know how these people can have any positive reviews they. After dealing with them for a week. They were the worst in getting my order processed and then cancelled because there was not an associate florist in the are. Rude and incompetent people. When i called they were still having problems from valentines day so WOW that was 3 months ago. # worst floral experience ever.

I can't impress upon you how my experience with JustFlowers was a nightmare. I made 2 orders. One order was delivered but the arrangement was 1/4 the size and missing balloon and card.
2nd order for my mother in law never was delivered. After several emails and calls they sent notification they couldn't make the delivery... 2 weeks later. Their customer service was just awful. Please find another vendor if you really want nice flowers delivered. JustFlowers is as bad as it gets.

Do not order from this company. I ordered flowers one time over two years ago. I continue to get email from them even though I have unsubscribed from their mailing list many many times.

Ordered 87$ worth of flowers for my mother. She never got them today is May 19th still no delivery. Just flowers claims they delivered on May 10th. Can't tell me where they took them but my mother never received anything. Now they want to give me a 10$ credit for my inconvenience. What a joke, give me all money back and thank you for ruining my mother's day present.

On May 5th I ordered on-line and received a customer receipt number that the flower delivery to my Mother-In-Law was as I ordered on Thursday May, 7th.Well before Mothers Day! However, no flowers showed up on Thursday and I called only to be put onto a recorder with a saying that it is unusually busy due to Mother's Day. So I went to the website and sent a request to investigate this...no response on Friday tried again to phone and emailed...no response. This same exact thing happened to me last year with Just Flowers. I was mistaken to give them a second chance as they are specialized in ripping off customers, me in this case!
This is really poor, due to the fact it was Mother's Day and all and my wife was actually at my In-Laws and told them the flowers were coming. Now I really look badly! Don't ever order from this company as after 8 attempts to contact them now it is May 18th and I still have heard nothing!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
