Ordered for Mother's Day. I spent over $100. Flowers were pretty pink roses online. Thursday after Mother's Day she got crap white roses that didn't say happy Mother's Day or even who they were from.
Quick, Reasonable Price, Easy Ordering.
My March order was great; however, since then, I have placed 4 orders and only 2 orders have been delivered. Of course, I have sent customer service emails and used the tracking on the web site and have had no response until this inquiry about my march order. So even though I gave a great review of the March order, I must say that since then I have had only a 50% delivery response and a 0% customer service response and rating. I also have not had a refund of my purchases which were not delivered.
I ordered flowers for my special mom in Escondido Ca. They website promised delivery in Mother's Day when flowers were booked. Melody, waited at home all day till 9:00PM and flowers never arrived. Not only was this a tragic given our current COVID 19 economic impact that has our entire nation pinching pennies but this was worth me spending $118 dollars that I worked hard for during the pandemic. I did not receive any notification that the flowers were delay and left multiple voicemail messages. The flowers were delivered sometime on Monday and they were damaged and rejected. I just don't see how a multi million dollar company cannot refund me the $118 as I did not get the product I purchase for such a special individual in my life. As a disabled veteran and one that worked hard to protect our freedom, I feel that the least they can do and provide me a refund. I had spoken to several individuals to include Manager and this issue has not been resolved Over 1week already

I have never had such horrible service. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day which were promised to be delivered on May 12. The flowers were not delivered as promised despite my speaking to a representative the 13th who promised the flowers would be delivered by 6pm that day. Since then, I've called customer service every day and been unable to reach a live human (I'm actually on the phone as I type this trying to get ahold of a customer service rep... no answer it's been more than 10 minutes). I've emailed with no response. It certainly seems that this company stole my money and did not deliver the product.

I ordered flowers on the 9th of May for same day delivery to my MIL for Mother's Day and her birthday. As of today she has not received the flowers. So much for surprising her. I've tried every day since the 11th to get a confirmation on delivery and no one answers the phone. I've submitted several order inquiries and no return call. I will be contacting the BBB.

I ordered an arrangement for my husband's Grandmothers passing. Coming from out of state I did not know of local florists so I trusted this company to deliver. 30 minutes before expected delivery I received an email stating that they were not going to make the expected delivery time. After speaking with customer service and being on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a manager, I was told they never found a local florist to make the arrangement. I could have a $50 credit and delivery on Monday to the family's home. I don't understand why you would wait 30 minutes prior to delivery to let a customer know their order would not be fulfilled. The absolute worst service especially considering the circumstances. I should not have to deal with that situation. My focus should be on providing comfort to my husband and his family during this time. I suggest you do not ever trust this company. I will tell the world how disappointed I am and to never use this company!

Thank You I am having the same issue. Ordered last Thursday, said they would be delivered on the Saturday before Mothers Day for my Mom. Sunday nothing. I received a email Sunday saying they could not be delivered & would be sent the next delivery day. So after getting the email i call, no answer goes to a voicemail, I leave a message & send them a email. Monday I get another email saying they could be delivered. So I call again, leave another message & send another email. Still no response. Wednesday comes still no delivery, So I call again leave yet another message and email, again nothing. So Now it this past Friday, I get another email saying the flowers can not be delivered. So now I'm angry, its been over a week. So I send another strongly worded email, letting them know I want a refund and that I will be reporting them to BBB & Attorney Generals Office, & that I will contact a Lawyer if I have to. So I get a email from them today saying the flowers were already delivered with no issues. But it is funny I got another email today saying the flowers again cannot not be deliver & I spoke with my Mom who has received nothing. So which is it were they delivered and can they not be deliver! I'm done with them. They are either going to refund my money or I am taking this to the next step in a lawsuit form.

Same as the other reviewers... ordered flowers for Mother's Day that never arrived. They cost $59.99 and my credit card was billed for $83... never received a receipt. I submitted the form through their web site indicating they had not been delivered and requesting delivery for the next day; they were not delivered. I have called the 1-800 number many times but they will not connect you to a person; I leave voicemails and do not receive a call back. What a scam.

I ordered flowers from them for Mother's Day. The flowers never arrived that day or even three days later. I have left multiple messages for them as there is no one live to speak to. I have emailed them multiple times as well on 5/13 I get an email saying flowers were delivered and they never were. I tried calling them again and again voicemail but when I selected the option to place an order someone answered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! TOTaL SCAM. They remove the money from your account immediately! I'm fighting to get my money back! SCAM! They need to be shut down!

Stay away from this company. False advertising, poor customer service and the arrangement received is nothing like what displayed on the website. They promised Mother's Day delivery which never happened. The arrangement was embarrassing, especially for the price. They remove all negative reviews from Facebook to prevent people learning from other people experiences.the pictures are was is advertised vs. what was received

I placed an order for my mom of over $100 and they were delivered on Saturday evening. My sister called me Sunday telling me she did not want to call me telling me the flowers were wilted with some of the green leaves brown and get disappointed. I received the pictures and I was very upset; not only were they wilted they were not even close to what I ordered. I received and email thanking me my order but did not recieve an order number. As everyone else I have sent emails and phone calls with no response at all. BBB is next..

Absolute scumbags horrible product awful customer service. Do NOT order. Ordered flowers a few days before Mother's Day to be delivered the day prior. Paid $128 for three scraggly flowers and a headache that would not end. Called, and went thru their stupid Norton guarantee and they keep copy and pasting a response that "they're sorry since the flowers were delivered there will be no refund"... as far as I'm concerned I don't care what their policy is you don't get to lie misrepresent and fraudulently cheat people out of their money and then just claim some internal policy. I recommend the other people that went through this to also contact the Better Business Bureau and their credit card company as I have done both and I'm working on my Yelp and google reviews as well as every other possible social media I can think of. Awful

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
