Not a good experience. First of all the flowers did not arrive on the date I choose. Second of all I didn't receive an email until 3:54 on the date they were supposed to be delivered that the flowers were not going to be delivered. Third I get an email 4 days later(Sunday) that the flowers would be delivered Monday. Fourth At 2:04 Monday I received an email and phone message that Just Flowers needs another $35.00 to deliver - I have never ever heard of such a thing. Just to be clear these flowers were ordered and paid for on January 20 2026 -delivery requested February 5 2026. Today February 9 2026 I cancelled and requested a full refund.
The flowers were eventually delivered and were quite lovely, but the experience was fraught with confusion. The flowers were to be delivered to my friend at work. I paid the expedited delivery fee for 4-hour delivery since I knew she would not be at work all day. The delivery did not happen in time. Then I received an email stating that I needed to call because delivery would require an additional $27 fee. I called but I could not understand the rep due to ESL and a poor connection. I eventually hung up and tried again to cancel the order. While talking to a different rep I was told there was no $27 charge and that they would deliver to her home address. While on the phone with the rep I received a thank you from my friend for the flowers. If this sounds confusing, it was. In the end I was satisfied but not sure I would order from JustFlowers again.

Our daughter lives in lafayette, Louisiana and sent us a picture of the birthday arrangement. It was just perfect. Even more beautiful then the online picture. The florist even add the birthday pick and 🦋 butterfly as I requested. Simply beautiful.
Reviewed flowers on website listed as a standard bouquet. I upgraded to Premium but the flowers sent were less than the bouquet listed on website as standard. I did not receive the Premium set of flowers ordered. They said they would return $20 but that was not enough for the damage done. These flowers were purchased for a funeral and were VERY disappointing. I will never use them again.

Not good. They cancelled the arraignment I wanted. Online said next day delivery, I got a call 3 days later, delivery was 5 days after I made the order online. I ordered 5 mylar Get Well Soon ballons. My daughter received 1 mylar ballons and 4 50 cent see through Walmart ballons.
I'll find a local florist and deal directly with them. Horrible service!

The process is easy and reliable, however, the price of delivery is high.
I've tried you all twice, and both times there were issues with the order. I received a confirmation email, you would think that was it, but no, I was sent a message that the flowers couldn't be delivered until I called the number. I called the number and confirmed the order. Then I received about 4 more calls, which confused me because I had already confirmed the order. And the first question was for my credit card info, I refused because I thought it was a scam/fraudulent, then another call from another number, the same thing, threatening to cancel the order. This went on for about 30 mins, at this point, they sent an email, it was canceled, I couldn't be more grateful. I contacted a local florist, flowers were ordered, delivered, and customer service was excellent, so I will never use JustFlowers again in my life.

Ordered flowers on Friday for Monday delivery for my mother's birthday. Received a message at 5:30 pm on Monday that a florist couldn't process my order but they found an alternative for another $60. And to top it off it wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. Total B. S. Asked for a refund. I'd give 0 stars if possible. We shall see.

Very unfortunate you keep telling my order was delayed because you didn't have one to deliver it. You said the address wasn't available. When fact she lived right in town. One excuse often another. 5 days of lies.

The recipient sent me a photo & said it was beautiful, but her photo was not as nice as the one in your catalog image.

I live in Canada and have been ordering Christmas arrangements and wreaths to be delivered to a friend in Denver for the last twelve years. Always delivered at the time I've requested and she's always commented on the fantastic job they on presentation.

The picture of what was supposed to have been sent and what was actually sent were two different things. What was sent looked thrown together without thinking. After calling they offered me $10. It was embarrassing to send to my friends who were grieving. I asked for it to be resent and they said they got 4 plants in a dish. That's what you ordered. Very disappointing. On top off that I paid $20 delivery for the next day and it was a day late.
Jennifer Benson, the screenshot you sent us a picture from a different website. The order is called Abundant Pleasures, and the item calls for assorted potted plants in a brown round low dish container with peace lily, dieffenbachia, ivy, fern, and a croton plant. The local shop did the arrangement correct with some minor subs for the other plant since some plants may vary depends on availability. We offered you a partial refund for this and you accepted.
I ordered a floral arrangement to be sent to my sister for her birthday. I ordered it on Monday, DEC 15, to be delivered on the 16th. It did not arrive at all. Turns out it was delivered to the wrong address and the local florist didn't want to correct their mistake. I was told it would be delivered on Wednesday, then Thursday, and finally on Friday it arrived. It was a beautiful arrangement, given the bonus treatment, but it was 3 days late.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
