The bouquet I ordered showed several beautiful white lilies and white roses in full bloom, however the bouquet that was delivered did not have the lilies in bloom. This is what I see as the problem; the roses were fully blooming so by the time the lilies would be blooming, the roses have died back.
For 200.00+ dollars, very disappointed in the size (especially upgrading my initial order to large 170.00...) and by second day they were wilting.

Ordering was easy but getting the flowers delivered wasn't as easy. Delivery was to be the date ordered, per the website (a Saturday). Monday afternoon I called and was told they needed more money to use a particular florist. Flowers were not delivered until Tuesday and there was really no savings over having used a local shop.

They agreed to delivery the order to a hotel, and passed on the order to a "local florist" who sent the delivery person with only the first name of the guest, despite having full name and phone number on the order. The delivery person left with the order, unable to deliver. My card was charged, and justflowers refused to help me, claiming that the order was delivered.

I ordered sympathy flowers. My order was for peace lilies and greenery. What got delivered to the widow was yellow/ red bromilad, pink flowers and green calla lilly's. More like a party bouquet. I was mortified that you substituted every plant I selected for an inappropriate colored plant for a solemn occasion. I will NEVER order from you again and let everyone I know that your service disrespected my wishes.

I ordered flowers for my niece. She was going through a bad time and since I am in another state I didn't know what to do. I put in the order and hours later on the same day. She loved them and it was amazing to have such quick and quality service. I will definitely use again

These were ordered for same day delivery as advertised on website. They were delivered 3 days later. Do not advertise something you cannot fulfil. I will not be using this company again.
Bonnie, deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will set up for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.
I ordered the flowers from what I thought was a local florist so I was annoyed that the delivery charge was 20 dollars but okay I'll pay it. Then after I get a thank you from my friend who got the flowers I'm getting messages asking me for 15 more dollars because I ordered from a price tier that gets delivered? So they were asking me for more money. I've already paid 80 dollars for flowers? Then my friend was getting calls asking if she got the flowers? All very unorganized.

The flowers looked just like the picture.
There were several complications with the delivery of the flowers. The flowers did not arrive till three days after they were supposed to be delivered. And I was charged additional money for an arrangement that was nothing like what was ordered. It was a very frustrating experience.
Christina Taylor, this is for a very, rural area and we delivered on Sunday, August 17th. Your order was accepted and delivered in good faith by a shop that doesn't normally service that area. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers and plants, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.
Ordering was easy; however, I did receive a message that the mylar balloon I ordered was not available yet I was still charged for flowers and balloon.

I ordered a basket arrangement, what was delivered was a bouquet of flowers in a box. I chose the basket because it was something different. I would have appreciated a call to let me know that was unavailable and the option to choose something else.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
