Online ordering went well however i was upset that the delivery time was not met as intended. Especially since the additional price had been payed. I understand the arrangement might not be as pictured however i did expect it to be a bit closer than what it was.
Please do not go through this company the guarantee is BS! Same day delivery no way. I ordered flowers for my wife at 7 o'clock in the morning I got home at 4 PM no flowers. I had a customer service call me at 4:30 PM to say love the flowers would not make it the same day and they could deliver them the next day. I asked for a refund and they said the manager would call me right away I waited till 6 PM that night and call back. The customer service lady named Pia said that the management team has went home for the tough night. They said that they would call me first thing in the morning I asked for only a refund and they made excuses. All I want is my money back and to never use this website again.

Gift for my Mom for Mother's Day, she said the plants weren't placed in the pot that deep. You could tell they were from smaller pots and a few roots where showing. The mum in the pot died rather soon.
The pot and size of plant were inferior to what was pictured... They offered me a $10 credit to my CC and I appreciated them trying to resolve the issue but it was definitely not worth any where near the $70+ I ended up spending after the refund.

Bought flowers for my dad for his birthday. Bought them online through their website and paid $122 including express delivery and paid extra for PREMIUM arrangement. The website guaranteed delivery on the same day never knew it could be as late as 3 Days. No delivery for 48 hours. No delivery and when they called me the first time asking if i can give them another chance for this order to be delivered the following day i was hesitant but didnt cancel and sooner they called me back again saying they wont be able to deliver it after i trusted them the second time. Did not receive any call that Sunday and got another call that monday asking for another chance for them to deliver the following monday. The flowers arrived monday at the very end of their delivery time which was a joke they are and no discount was offered and no apologize was given. I decided to wait and not make a complaint to see if they will make it right or at least offer any compensation for all the hassle. Why would a florist chance delivering 48 hours late. JustFlowers was very lucky that I didn't cancel my order with them. Not an honest company and their customer service is very poor. The people that you talk to are heartless all they care about is how they can get away with their scam. An honest company would at least give you a portion of refund for your order for the late delivery and false advertisement. The flowers came and totally far from what they have in their picture, the balloons were the cheap one the $1.00 balloons that you can buy from general store. The ones advertized were the metallic ones. My ten year old can do a way more better job in placing those flowers into the right flower arrangement that they had advertised. It was more leaf than flowers inspite of the extra fee that i paid for the premium arrangement. Very dissappointing and very unacceptable. Someone called me back and offered a $10.00 refund. Really?! What a JOKE! My biggest regret is i did not read the reviews first before i trusted this website and place this most unforgettable bad experience in ordering flowers online.

The flowers were for my granddaughter. My daughter took a picture of them and they were beautiful. My daughter also stated that the flowers lasted longer than any other flowers that she has ever received. The only problem was that they were not delivered by the guaranteed time but I was refunded the money for that and also received a follow up phone call apologizing for them not arriving on time. I would order from justflowers again.

Very good site and easy to navagate, HOWEVER, my daughter was to have open heart surgery on May 30th, I got online and order flowers on Saturday May28th, to be delivered THAT day. I live in NY and she was in Arkansas, we left that Saturday after placing my order, "May28th" and drove to be there with her on surgery, we arrived on Monday May 30th and NO Flowers, surgery came and gone and still no flowers, Finally on Tuesday June1st her flowers arrived, I understand that it was a holiday weekend but if you cant deliver on holidays you should not promise that you will, my daughter has since passed away :( , the arrangement was beautiful but your service was not, I dont plan to use your company again,

MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS JUST FINE.
I made an error in the recipient's address & the sales reps contacted me to inform me of the mistake. They found the correct address by using a mapping app & got the plant to the recipient on time. They did an awesome job in complying to my delivery date, even with my error.
#1 the flowers were not delivered until late afternoon the day AFTER they were supposed to be delivered. #2 they looked nothing like what I ordered. I have never been so disappointed in a flower delivery in my life and will not use justflowers.com again. I had ordered these for my mom for her birthday and was embarrassed they were late and then how bad they looked. Also, why has it taken TWO months to ask if I received my order?!? Rediculous!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
