I have bought from them regularly and am disappointed that there is not a better discount or customer service for regular customers.
Although the flowers well liked and appreciated I didn't get a kiss.
I enjoyed the instant answer to questions --thank you. But found that the flowers were not delivered in a timely manner---after a week my daughter had still not rec'd them and I had to call to find out why! If there was difficulty with filling the order I feel that they should have contacted me in regards to that instead of waiting for me to call to find out why the order was not filled.
I was very disappointed because the website said the arrangement would be delivered June 7th but it was delivered a day late on June 8th.

The pictures you use to identify the type of arrangement that will be received should reflect that of which will actually be received. Perhaps take 3 photos of the arrangement. What it would look like for the least amount paid, with a few additional flowers, and the max flowers (the picture you have up now).
Had I known that I would have had to pay A LOT extra for the actual product I was wanting ordered, I would have gone elsewhere.

The checkout was nice & easy, & the flowers were absolutely beautiful! They were exactly as expected, if not better!
A small issue as to whom to name as recipient of flowers. It worked out in end. Somehow my name was on for recipient as well as sender. It went to right address, but wrong name. It all worked out eventually. People were most pleasant in figuring out the problem.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
