I ordered a bouquet for a funeral. Had beautiful white lilies and carnations with it. The justflowers.com called me next day. They asked me if we could change the color of the lilies as they were out of the white ones. I said fine.
The flowers were delivered at the right place and the right time. The bouquet was absolutely stunning when I saw it.

No where to provide any guidance or instruction to the florist. The lillies I ordered for my wife's birthday were old, the water dirty, the vase obviously heavily used and dirty. Just aweful.
We ordered the Pink Gladiolus Standing Spray from JustFlowers.com for our family friend's funeral. I ordered the glads because they were my friend's favorite flower. My friend had a visitation the day before and the flowers were sent to the parlor the day before I was to be there. I wasn't aware of it and wan not there to attend. So the flowers sat an extra 24 hours before I saw them. But that's not so bad considering the flowers were fresh and beautiful they were literally really worth my money! I was extremely happy!
People were saying "Such beautiful flowers." I called customer service to complain about flowers delivered a day early. The main manager suggested that they send another flower arrangement to the family to make up for it. Eventually she gave me $10 credit and I was happy in the end.

I live in Australia and was trying to organize a surprise and a nice gift for my girlfriend. Just Flowers operator took an order, promised that the delivery will be the same day. There was a special instruction: Call first before delivery to make sure someone is home.
I paid quite significant amount of money and it was not delivered not on the first day, not on the second and not on the third. Instead it was delivered to some stranger in a different block of flats on the same street. The company refused to reimburse or to re-organize a new delivery of fresh flowers. Their Norton Shopping Guarantee is worth absolutely nothing! It is a fourth day that I am struggling with them, lodged a complaint, spoke to their manager and there is no visible progress until I file consumer complaint through USA.gov consumer protection agency / Ombudsman. Terrible services! Please do not use them.
P.S. I want to give this company a bit of credit. After 4 days of numerous telephone calls and email correspondence, as well as conversations with company management and threat to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the issue was rectified. The local florist has delivered a fresh bunch of flowers and, yes, called the recipient prior to delivery. I believe that the company made the right decision and I accept their apologies.
Used your service many times and always been delighted. On this one occasion, the order was delayed, which was rather disappointing as it was important that the flowers were delivered on time.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
