My flowers were not delivered for my daughters 40th b'day. Justflowers refuses to refund my $70 charge on my cc. They offered 35% off, then 15% off, then a redelivery over a week later but refuse to give me a full credit. Also, refuse to give me the name of the florist who is claiming to have delivered the flowers so I can call them myself. I'm 100% certain the flowers were never delivered yet they refuse to credit my account. They even called me the night of the day the flowers were to be delivered to ask if they could chg my cc $13 add'l cause they cost more than was stated on their site. When they asked for more money I asked if the flowers had been delivered that day. She thought so but wasn't sure. They had not! These people don't have any idea how to run a business!
My order never made it to the correct house. The flowers were not delivered on time. Terrible service from the rep and also the driver. Will never contact this company again for flowers.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
