I ordered funeral flowers and they were not delivered and the company refuses to give a refund. Their policy is they call the funeral home to verify the information and were given an address to a church in a different city from where the service was to be held resulting in the flowers not being delivered. If they call the funeral home to verify when they can deliver the flowers, why did they not call a church to get the same information? They would have been advised the service was not at that location. They offered a resolution to have a grieving family member drive to pick up the flowers. That is unacceptable. Now the company refuses to give me a refund.
It was fine but stop emailing me

Ordered on line, it was a very user friendly website.
The delivery was not made as ordered. I had to call and ask what happened to it. I did receive an "upgrade" for the order that was never sent. But the delay was very unprofessional. I would have preferred a refund.

This survey arrived two months after I sent the flowers. I am not sure which order this is for. But I have been very satisfied with everything I have received from everybody.
I wish I could give them a negative rating for not only the flower arrangement but their customer service! After recognizing they provided me the wrong arrangement, they are still unwilling to work with me and claim the best they can do is a VERY minimal refund. Save yourself the headache and order from a different flower service.

It was for a friends birthday in another state, and she love it.
Never sent any flowers tor the funeral visitation, thou there was a whole day to get there. Sent me a e-mail very late stating they were rescheduling the delivery for the funeral day only, and it would be there in the morning by 10:00 am. NO IT WAS NOT! I stepped out of the before funeral family met to call, very upset, they said my arrangement would be there by 11:00 the start of the service. NO IT WAS NOT, The last few minutes of the service, a pitiful small, ugly, mismatched bunch of small handful of flowers were brought in by the director interrupting the pastor, to place this crappy little arrangement on the floor. I just wanted to cry. I looked like I had not even cared about my lost one, the flowers were just crap. I had planned a beautiful pink-white-purple arrangement called the Heavenly Bliss Sympany and spent over $100.00 for it. My family couldn't believed it wasn't the color, size, or even value of what I ordered. It may of cost $20 - $30 at the most, including delivery cost. Very upset, heartbroken that my time of loss and grief was just ripped off by a joke of a flower company... you should be ashamed of the lack of compassion and bad service... Believe me everyone has asked me who the flowers were sent from, so they would NEVER order from your business.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
