I was unable to be in town for my mother's birthday, so I ordered flowers through JustFlowers.com for her birthday (order *******). I scheduled the delivery for Saturday, but the flowers never arrived. Monday was Labor Day, so I waited until Tuesday to call and check to see if she had received her flowers. She has not. I tried calling customer service and was in a call queue for a long time, so I went online to check out the chat feature. They took my phone number and called me back and then had the audacity to tell me that the florist they use in that town is closed on Saturday. I am from a small town (2 florists) and they are both open on Saturday (I checked online before I placed my order). So, not only did they give me terrible service (my credit card has already been charged for flowers that have not arrived), they lied to me on top of it. Do not use this service. Spare yourself and the person you wish to send flowers to the headache!

Site was easy to use but flowers in picture were different from this that got delivered and bouquet didn't look as full as in the pictures.
The bouquet looked much bigger on line and The type of flowers delivered were different not as many roses as shown on line
Shopping was excellent. I will likely recommend this site dependent upon the outcome, i.e. Quality and delivery. The same criteria will apply to any future purchase.

The website isn't the best to navigate. I would recommend better filters and a clearer checkout process. However, the prices and quality of items is fantastic. I also appreciate how this site is connected to my rewards program.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
