Simple and easy process, lots of choices and variety. Will likely use again if my siebling confirms she received it :). . I wrote that in July right after my order.
We are now in September and my aunt showed me a picture of the arrangment and it was truly amazing! She received it around the time I asked for the delivery to be and everything was just perfect.
I know I may sound like a commercial for the website but it`s just my simple and true opinion shared to you.
I live in Canada and my aunt in Pheonix so I can only rely on great companies like just flowers to deliver the love for me.

Pricey
I ordered flowers on Tuesday. I have talked to the company several times and also submitted several emails explaining my complaint to them. Flowers have not been delivered two days later. So frustrated with this company. Please please dont order from them Use 1800 flowers or a local florist. They keep putting me on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes at a time however i want this resolved or a refund. My order was not cheap. $54.00. I dont have that kind of money to throw around
I had to contact the company three times to find out why the order had not been delivered. Then they couldn't supply what I had ordered even though it was shown as available on their website. There were two separate orders that I had a problem with. I will not be dealing with Just Flowers ever again!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
