Rip off. I know what I spent on the arrangement. Sent to friend out of state in the hospital. She sent me a picture in a thank you text and I was embarrassed. I spent $70 and the arrangement did not even look like the $30 arrangements pictured on their site. But I am not going to ask the friend to return it. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN - STAY AWAY

I order flowers 6 days from my aunts birthday and she's going thru cancer treatments... by the end of the day when I saw it was no delivery I call JUSTFLOWERS (horrible service) and ask for a refund and they said it was late to contact the florist to see what happened that I had to wait they will call me back (still waiting) I called the next day and the same I had called 3 times during the next day and they never got hold of the florist. After my last conversation they wanted to give me 5 dlls credit for my inconvenience and I refuse I wanted and had hire a service for 9/20 not after so when I hang up I got a text that the flowers where delivered to the front porch... they don't even ring the door bell or nothing they just leave them there :( to top it of they haven't resolve my issue "WHATEVER YOU DO... DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS THEY HAVE RUDE POEPLE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE" if you dont want to spend your hard working money on stupid websites just go to a local florist ORDER #*******
Marucha, we are extremely sorry for this severe inconvenience. Unfortunately, we have been unable to get an answer from our shop as to why they simply left the order at the door step. However, our our customer service supervisor has spoken with you since this noted complaint and issued you a ten dollar refund for the inconvenience. Ordered 3 days before delivery for my freshman daughter's birthday AND her 1st birthday away from home. The day of delivery they called at 2pm and asked to change the arrangement to orange and red, sounded horrific but I was in a bind so I agreed. Then called at 5pm and said they wouldn't be delivered till the next day! I was furious, I said to cancel (despite their 6pm delivery gaurentee) the next day was unexceptable. Rep kept saying 'better late than never'?!? He offered me $10 off.
The next day they are still calling wanting to delivery them, now the offer was $5 off, or give me a credit. I declined.
I have never been so let down, though they failed, I have failed as a mom in putting my trust in them

So far, very easy; however, the flowers were not delivered when promised, which was very disappointing. This was a dear friend whose husband passed very suddenly.
I sent the flowers to a friend as she lost her brother. She raved about how beautiful they were!

Shopping experience was fine...As I live overseas I am not apt to be talking with folk wanting to send flowers to USA. So, only one star. I will use JustFlowers again as the recipients have been pleased, order arrived on time, and the process fairly straight forward.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
