It was easy to order the flower and the price/ value is great! I had the flowers shipped to a "rural" area without problems. All the other flower online riding ships would not order to that area!
The flowers arrived in good condition. I saw the flowers in a photo that was e mailed to me by the recipient. I found the arrangement too mall and where only common flowers were used for the price paid.

Website cues are a little hard to read. Flowers were not as full or intricate as shown. They were just plain roses with a little greenery and pricey for that.

Overall, I have had really good experiences using justflowers.com however, this last time, the florist misspelled names on the card and had extremely sloppy handwriting. Not very professional! On all other orders I have been extremely satisfied.
Rip off. I know what I spent on the arrangement. Sent to friend out of state in the hospital. She sent me a picture in a thank you text and I was embarrassed. I spent $70 and the arrangement did not even look like the $30 arrangements pictured on their site. But I am not going to ask the friend to return it. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN - STAY AWAY
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
