The flowers arrive on Tuesday the 9th of August... four days after the delivery date... Not a happy camper... though they called daily but made excuses for the non-delivery...such as we didn't have the right flowers to fill your order" finally I just told them to send something... They never asked until I finally had had it with them...
Great selection, but was delivered VERY late for someone who is very sick.
Delivery was TWO days late, the flowers were very small and not representative of what was in the picture, and customer service response to me was lacking. No offer for refund or adjustment. I will not order from justflowers again. There was no explanation as to why the flowers were late to my friend in the hospital and I would not have know about the delay if she had not told me that the flowers had still not arrived. I should have been notified through customer service.

I live in South Carolina and I sent the flowers to someone in Boston. I heard the flowers were very pretty. My only complaint is that I NEVER received any type of notification from Just Flowers that they were delivered to that person. I had to wait until they got around to letting me know.

I paid $5 for a "balloon" that turned out to be a ceramic stick-pin that said Happy Birthday, not an air-filled balloon as pictured.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
