Thank you for a large variety of plants to choose from. Justflowers had to substitute with a dish garden delivered from Brock Florist in Brock, Texas. I did not see the dish garden in ceramic bowl but my mother, for whom it was a gift, told me she liked it and the plants were interesting. So in general I was pleased.

I've used justflowers many times in the past and at times their service has been lacking but this time they totally failed. It was flowers for a birthday, I booked the order the day before and requested that they be delivered as early as possible in the morning.
When I called to check that they had been delivered they new nothing of my order, on giving them the order number they "found it" but it hadn't been processed never mind delivered.
It was completed and delivered late that day.
I suppose I am lucky that I will get another chance next year to arrange a birthday surprise.

Hi! I was not expecting sending flowers, as money in an envelope is not my style! Decided to get flowers ASAP. The serivce was on this day, My grandson and his wife were going out for their "6" months". Anniversary when a car crashed head -on killing my grandson Daniel and his wife Kayla" who lived for 5 hours. I called justflowers.com for help as it was really late and I was so desperate. They all cared so much and made many calls.justflowers called and had it all together and it was made on time! A beautiful arrangement standing on a tripod, looked wonderful! I shall never forget talking with Connie and she was determined to make sure they arrived on time! They had been closed, but opened their heart and it was quite amazing! Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
