The website is good to handle. The only thing which could be little bit better is - if there is a same type of flowers for example the same type of roses you could but the different sizes in one offer and let the customer choose the size options in that one action and not confusing ten offer for the same type of bunches. But justFlowers is really nice.

So quick and easy...the flowers arrived on the same day I ordered them for my daughter's birthday and they were beautiful! They weren't exactly as pictured, but comparable so overall I was happy. I was a little apprehensive about ordering online because I've heard horror stories about people ordering roses and getting daisies, but the bouquet was perfect and I'm so glad I did it. It made my daughter's day!
My order was delivered on time, ease in ordering was great; however,
The flower colors were completely different from what I ordered.
So far, so good. Waiting to see how it all turns out- delivery, quality of plant/flowers, etc. this is my first time using this site. If all goes well I WILL be back.

I order the flowers they didn't get delivered on time and then they told the person who sent the flowers to the I was sure that wouldn't happen in the card wasn't written out
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
