The flowers were beautiful, however, they arrived with no card and no message. It was by happenstance that my friend more than a month later asked if I knew from whom they might have come. Ordinarily I would not have cared, but this was in celebration of years of long-term friendship, and it was important that she be aware of how much this friendship has meant over the years. The company did offer to call and read her the message, but the offer was not accepted. I do not know where the fault lies; whether with Flowers.com or with the local florist. It is a situation which is needs correction and will make a difference when an occasion arises again to send flowers long distance.

I ordered an arrangement of flowers that was not delivered in time. I needed to call a week later to ask why the flowers had not been received and a plant was substituted for a flower arrangement. I was told the mistake was with the local provider.
I've never had this happen with you before, but I would hesitate before I order flowers again.
You have always given good service and delivered lovely floral arrangements to those I have sent them to (ignore bad sentence construction, please).
There were a couple of issues because the patient was transferred from the hospital to the nursing home unexpectedly. I got the information to you before the delivery was made but it was over the weekend and the local florist did not get the order filled for a couple of days. I feel that I should share the responsibility for the late delivery, but it was a father frustrating experience.
I have made other orders and there was not issue--they were delivered when expected.
