No blue flowers as pictured, disappointing since this was for a baby boy. If I had known I would have chosen something else. White flowers were substituted so it wasn't as fantastic as pictured.

I asked for the flowers to be delivered on a certain date. Not only were they not delivered wen I asked, the delivery person called my phone, my wife answered, the delivery person said they were in the neighborhood and was going to deliver the flower. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO E A SURPRISE FOR MY WIFE'S 70th Birthday, the NEXT day. Completely RUINED the surprise and the day!
Justflowers website was easy to navigate and choosing my flowers/plant was quick and had enough choices to choose from. Definitely recommend it.

I have no way to know the answer to any of these questions. I am not the one who receives the gift. It is the person I send it to who receives it. And since they live half the world away and have Alzheimers, I rarely get any feedback. Don't send me these goddam surveys any more!
I was confident in placing my order to a hospital a day earlier than the expectant mom was admitted. They called to make sure I had the date right as there was no one there by her name...I explained she would be when I scheduled the delivery and sure enough, my recipient was there and enjoy the flowers and candy the next day. :)

Bouquet was much smaller than advertised and shown on website. Disappointed!

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
