The product I ordered was overpriced. The final price was 20$ more than I was told.
When my initial order was unavailable, I was skeptical about whether the experience was going to be okay. The substitute, however, was far better than anticipated and my granddaughter was just over the moon. It was the perfect cap to her birthday.
Your site should show order total sooner, not at the last page. It would also help to have a delivery charge chart. I had been intending to order flowers where I live but was advised to do it in WC because the delivery fee would be less (not so). Also, your "discount code" box shows for just a few seconds not allowing time to write it down. Finally, your chat function was not helpful (didn't respond to a specific question and seemed to be working from a script) I am unlikely to use your service again.
Quick and easy, and great to deal with a local florist online instead of inter flora.

I stated that I needed the flowers delivered by 5:00 on the 23rd (our anniversary) They assured me all deliveries are made between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Well they arrived at 5:20. My wife had to go back to her office to get the floweres on our anniversary or they would of sat on her desk all weekend and probably died I was not happy that they didn't arrive on time and my wife had to sit in traffic to go retrieve her flowers.
I thought flowers were good price until going to check out and seeing all the additional fees
The friend who received the flowers for her Birthdaynwas very pleased.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
