I turned in wrong address, flower delivery was attempted and I was notified of error. I corrected the delivery address which turned out to be about 30 minutes away but justflowers.com delivered the same day. It was so nice and they went out of their way to make it happen for me.
I have always used your website for all of my flower orders and have always been happy with your service.
While I was pleased with the quick delivery, I felt that the arrangement did not reflect the value I paid for, ie: $108.53. The type of arrangement picture I selected was not what was received. The selected picture included a couple of blue flowers, the recipient's favourite, but the received arrangement did not.
I have used this site before in the U.S. and have been very pleased.
The flowers were easy to order and came on time, but did not look anything like the picture I ordered. There was way too much greenery (you could hardly see the flowers) the flowers were different, but more importantly the color scheme was different. I feel
I may have had better luck just ordering a random bouquet.

The ordering part was great. Looking forward to what the flower order actually looks like when delivered to my daughter-in-law. She sent me 2 photos (side view & top view). Absolutely gorgeous‼ She said it was a huge arrangement & she loved it.
I ordered these flowers for my stepson and his soon to be wife who were getting married, although i didn't see them heard they were just lovely and del'd in a timely manner as requested.
This has been the most tedious online shopping experience ever, and if you do not remove me from all possible email lists, I will actively start campaigning against using your company. I know you folks tried, but I did not enjoy being contacted dozens of times, apologizing for not find a flower store, substituting, flowers, not finding the place, the delivery was about 5 days late and was not what I ordered. Flowers are always beautiful, so the receiver was happy, but I was definitely not. Nothing you can do will change my mind so PLEASE STOP CONTACTING ME.

Your website is complicated and difficult to search. After I had put an arrangement in my cart, I tried to go back to look at it again with a larger picture than what is available on the checkout screen. However, the name (Enchantment Bouquet) and the item number (2125-5294-1133-8632) did not come up in the search, so I had to look through pages of arrangements until I found it. Also I was unable to submit an alternative discount code (LOVE2 for $7) when using JFG only gave me a $5 savings instead of $10.
Addendum - The flowers were delivered after the promised time.

It was easy to order, however the flowers that were sent did not look like the picture at all. The weren't even the same colors. The picture that was sent to me from whom we sent the flowers to did not look like what I ordered and the flower arrangement was smaller than we thought.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
