I recently ordered flowers from you last month and I was very disappointed on the bouquet I ordered. Nothing like what the picture showed however here I am ordering from you again. Praying that this bouquet looks like what you show on your add. Thank you
I did not have any challenges with the website. I am eager to hear from my daughter how the plant looks.
My daughter received the plant at the designated time and is enjoying it. She plans to separate and repot as the plants grow which is an added plus for her.

The site is so cluttered! I stopped looking after the first couple pages because there was simply not enough time in the day to sift through everything. Would also appreciate approximate dimensions on the arrangements. Order was untraceable, service rep couldn't reach the vendor, and the pictures I got from my mom were NOT as nice as the arrangement I ordered (looked like they stuck filler flowers in and called it a day).
The flowers I ordered were delivered on the correct date within the window of time I selected. The recipient was very happy with her flowers!

I order from overseas to be delivered to Canada. The flowers arrived on time and my parents just LOVED them. The bouquet was bright and beautiful and exactly what I was expecting it to look like. It was very easy to order and pay online and have the flowers delivered elsewhere.
I feel that Just Flowers should provide confirmation via e-mail or other means when a delivery is complete.
I did not see a summary of expenses for this order before hitting the "place order" tab.

I used your service before! Depends on the florist you give the order to - this last batch was kind of sketchy on the number and type of flowers used. It was what they had on hand, I guess. Final product was not as pictured online.

I turned in wrong address, flower delivery was attempted and I was notified of error. I corrected the delivery address which turned out to be about 30 minutes away but justflowers.com delivered the same day. It was so nice and they went out of their way to make it happen for me.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
