It would be easier to properly rate question2 & 3 once the item was delivered and I had an opportunity to review the quality of item.
Pam recieved the order 2 weeks after I placed the order. This was absolutely unacceptable and I will never use or recommend your services again. Very poor customer service!
Was expecting a bit more for the price.
I paid extra to have the flowers delivered early in the day and they came in the afternoon.

My order did not show up until 3 days after the fact. Did not even have the kind of flowers it was supposed to. 1st Excuse was Florist did not have all of the right flowers - no phone call to let me know. 2nd excuse after telling her to substitute - oh sorry the shop that was to deliver was not going to work late and deliver.
3rd excuse - we will try to deliver 3 days later.
I had placed the order in plenty of time to make sure all was taken care of. I did not receive a single phone call. Instead I was the only person calling you to see what was going on. Sorry that does not cut it for me. When I wanted a refund I was told that they would only refund the delivery and not the flowers. That is very ridiculous. You do not stand up to your guarantee.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery at Just Flowers for my sister who was giving birth at the hospital. The flowers were going to be delivered between 9AM and 6PM per the promise but they never delivered the flowers, neither did they contact me to inform me of this. I called several times to advise that my sister did not receive the flowers. They advised they made an honest mistake by not delivering the flowers.
I asked for a refund since my sister was leaving the hospital the following morning. They advised they could not refund as they attempted delivery. They offered a $7 discount. When I asked who they contacted when attempting delivery as I was the one who called them to inquire about why the flowers were not delivered, they said they do not contact patient at hospital so they contacted no one. When I made a complaint to ask that they refund me. A few weeks later, they replied " the flowers were delivered so you will not get the service for free"
I was so shocked to realize at that point that the company was a scam. They kept my money (about $75) when the flowers were never delivered.
If you want to save yourself some aggravation, do not attempt to purchase from Just Flowers as it is a scam based on my experience with them.
It was for my daughter who was surprised and loved it brightened her day as I was hoping for.
I have never had a delivery problem using Just flowers in the past,but it was also the first time I ordered them to be delivered in this area. I think it was the fault of the contracted florist. Usually my orders are being delivered out of state. They did deliver my order immediately when I realized my friend did not receive it.
We had a very hard time finding you online. I hope that the service is as good as we have heard. Actually, it has exceeded our expectations. The flowers were truly spectacular, and so important for the memorial service for a dear friend. The family were very thankful and expressed great joy in the beautiful arrangement.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
