After not delivering my flowers, no one will return my calls or emails. I am trying to get a refund, but no one will at Just Flowers will assist.

I actually had this order delivered to a family member and they sent me a picture. The arrangement was very pretty and she was thrilled with it.
Stay away from this site. I spent 113.00 on a flower arrangement that they said would be delivered on Valentine's Day. I went with justflowers.com because they said they would be able to deliver by end of business on V-day. This did not happen and I was left with nothing for my wife. I was stuck at work and now had to come home empty handed. So you would think they would do something about it right? They offered to include an apology card with the arrangement? Really, that's your solution. Don't trust just flowers. I think they said they could deliver only to get those extra orders. I would not have ordered had I known it would not get there on V-day... beyond disappointed in the way just flowers conducts business.

This was a Christmas arrangement. It was very nice and my mother with severe altheimzers loved them.
This is a scam. I was charged $100 more than my order indicated, and the flowers never showed up. When I placed the order, it said I would receive an email receipt, which I did not. Their customer service line was inactive, so I could not get through to a rep to sort out the problem. I should have been smarter, but I am glad to know that I should avoid this site going forward. I was robbed by this site.

I made an order of over $150 dollars with guaranteed delivery on Valentine's day. I am out of town and wanted to do something thoughtful for my fiance... Thank you so much JustFlowers for proving all the other people with negative reviews correct. I will never use this service again and would advise anyone reading this to not as well. I personally love the fact that a machine called me at 8pm saying my delivery didn't happen on the day it was supposed to happen leaving me no time to make other arrangements. Horrible company that shouldn't be in the business of anything dealing with caring.

Since my budget is limited this year you had the best deal with your discounts. Would not have placed an order with anyone had I not received the discounts. Will be attending a gathering at delivery address so I will be able to see the arrangement and it will let me know if I would like to use you again.
Went to dinner party. Actually had to ask my friends if they received the bouquet since I didn't see it. Thankfully I asked for the delivery a day early since they delivered it a day late. Also it was only half the size it should have been and did not look like the picture at all. Have a dispute in with my credit card company since they did not want to give me even 50% off (only $7.00). Would never use them again.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
