In the past I always had good luck ordering from here: however this order was for Christmas and it did not arrive until may days after. I believe I placed my order in more than enough time for the delivery to be made on time. I will NOT use you again. I did receive a $5.00 credit to my credit card; however this to me was unsatisfactory service and compensation.
It was a gift
I placed an order on Valentine's day because the site guaranteed same day delivery. The recipient never received the flower on V-day and it is now Friday the 17th and still no flowers. I have called the company several times, leaving messages and sending emails... but there was no response back from the company. I even talked to a customer rep and explain the situation twice, leaving my name and number (twice) for someone to call back for the refund that I requested. I didn't just place one order, there was a total of 4 orders placed for my boss. It was for his wife, daughter, mom, and sister... none of them received their flowers on V-day. So, all I am asking is a callback and refund.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company. I placed an ordered to be delivered on Valentines Day.
Your website guaranteed Valentines Day delivery. I placed they order and call to confirm. Flowers were never delivered and for the first time in 8 years, a tradition that I have kept, the recipient did not receive the delivery. I was completely embarrassed.
An emailed was sent to me apologizing and that they will attempt delivery the following day. Once again, Wednesday came and left and the recipient did not receive anything. I emailed this morning and I was told that they were going to look into it and call me back. I received no phone call.
I called and the rep whose name was Eileen said she was going to look into it and call me back. She offered a $10 credit but at that point I wanted a refund because I paid for flowers to arrive on the 14th Valentine s Day not 16th on Thursday. I already went with another company and they were able to deliver right away when I told them about my experience they made sure I was able to put a smile on my recipients face. I explicitly told your rep Eileen that because it has been two day I am canceling the order I do not want it delivered.
She went against my wishes and had the followers delivered TWO DAYS LATER because around 10am the recipient called me to tell me she received ANOTHER set of flowers. I am completely appalled.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's day never got them the day of or after I canceled the day of and they said it would be delivered next day and nope it wasn't I sent another message to cancel and refund because I went out and bought flowers locally I was still charged now I am disputing charge with CC company... It's a scam... Don't fall for "Guaranteed" delivery on Valentine's Day on their website. They did not deliver the flowers on Valentines Day. Customer reps say that they are just answering service. There is no update on the refund yet. "call center is too busy" and have to wait for more than 30 minutes on both the occasions with no real answer

"Guaranteed" delivery on Valentine's Day - obviously didn't get delivered, not even the day after - "call center is too busy" to enquire about delivery status per phone but their online tracking system requires you to agree to schedule a new delivery date. After multiple dead ends I finally got through to their customer service at 3 a.m. in the night (perks of being in Europe) and they confirmed that they haven't heard back from the shop they delegated it to. Nonetheless it's apparently too late to cancel the order and "the best they can do" is a 10 dollar refund (order was $ 111.15). We will see about that

My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day and they were never delivered. We were charged $91.23. We tried to contact the company but every time we call the "Customer Service" line we are on hold for about 7 mins and then it hangs up on you. We tried to email but no response. We tried the online inquiry buy it asks for an order number that we never received. I have now put a dispute in with my bank for the charge and placed a complaint with the BBB. I have always been one to say "who would take the time to go to the BBB". Well this company is so bad that I took the time to do it. I even tried to reach out to them on Facebook.

Ordered Flowers for Valentines Day and they never delivered. Even wrote down school to get them early. They specifically advertised delivery on that day but that was a lie. Worst of all getting customer support is nearly impossible. Do not use this site.

I charged more than $100 to delivery flowers service yesterday(Valentine day - Feb 14/2017). They guarantee that delivery on the same day, But no redelivery, no flowers, also no response email and phone call! Actually, I called their service more than 10 times. I am so disappointed and will never use this site again.

Hope that person who a service manager or supervisor is working on JustFlowers can help me to redelivery or cancel/refund my money. This is the last thing that hope they can do for me.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
