Just Flowers offers is an easy to use shopping experience and delivery was speedy. The supplier of the flowers offered flowers of poor quality as they did not last as expected. They lasted 48 hours. A call was placed to the local florist who made the delivery.
The only issue I had was there were no sunflowers available and they didn't tell me until the day they were to be delivered. Seemed somewhat disorganized but they got there so I appreciate it.
FLOWERS WERE VERY PRETTY AND MUCH LIKE THE PICTURE
I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day that were never delivered. It took me four days to reach an actual person at the company. They never called to let me know they were working on fixing the problem. Unfortunately grandma didn't get her flowers. I will never order or recommend them again. Terrible customer service!

Some of the flowers - not the roses, the other type/purple flower - were wilted and the leaves -; I couldn't save them, but the roses bloomed very nicely and rest of bouquet stayed very well.

I ordered flower from this company on Valentines Day but didn't not get delivered until the next day and to make it even worse is they wrote a wrong message on a card. The card was suppose to say Happy Valentines Day but instead they wrote Happy Birthday. They didn't write a name of who is receiving the flowers nor who send it. Now they are apologizing and say they'll take $5.00 off my order. I will not order from this company ever again.

How do I get a refund for flowers not delivered! Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. The reviews I saw said good things. Memorial Service is today and we have yet to receive the flowers.

Wanted to add a tip to delivery driver but was unsure how to do that-- also, The flowers were a gift and were left outside on the stoop of the recipients home on a cold day in New England. No idea who the florist was... no way to contact them, and they did not contact the recipients prior to delivery to confirm that they would be home. The flowers were a Christmas arrangement and the greens were very dry. I will not be booking through just flowers.com and using an Anonymous florist ever again

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
