Twice when I ordered flowers they were late and once you called my recipient so the feel good surprise was lost for my sister in Saskatchewan also my sister in mission did not get her flowers for 2 days...So as you can see I am not too happy with your service

I ordered flowers for a friend for her birthday. I wanted her to receive the flowers on the day of her
Birthday, obviously. I paid an additional fee to ensure a timely delivery, BUT...I found out the next day that the flowers arrived the day AFTER her birthday. I called Customer Service to inquire about this problem and I was told that there had been some problem contacting the florist who was supposed to handle the order. I explained that I had paid an extra fee for the "confirmed" delivery and I wanted that fee credited to my account. They were very apologetic and they did take care of the credit to my account. Of course I was disappointed, I also thought that I should have been informed of the delay. But the flowers were very pretty and my friend was happy to receive them, even if they were late. Other than that, I was pleased with the way my order was handled.
Extremely convenient and delivery was very fast. In fact, the flowers arrived almost as soon as I hit order complete on my PC.

Thee roses died the next day. It was lovely but the roses turned brown then drooped and petals fell off the very next day.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
