I was in a hurry to find a special gift for a special friend in FL. You had a lovely arrangement available and great patron reviews. This is my first experience at this site.

My order was delivered to the wrong address and left outside the wrong house in the bitter cold weather.
When the person got home and realized it was not theirs they tracked down my aunt and gave her a frozen plant.
It was several days after I received a confirmation that the plant was received. When my aunt called the sender on the card they did make good on it however it was a week later.
Great service...arrangement was very small compared to picture.
Was not pleased that price shown of $39.00 went to over $50.00 when I checked out. The flowers were of good quality and delivered on time otherwise.

The flowers were lovely although I thought I ordered a balloon and one was not delivered. It may have been left off the order so there is no blame being placed. The delivery man was GREAT and very accommodating.
Non delivery caused problems. Delivered about 2 weeks after due date and then just left on step.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
