I have ordered your flowers numerous times and have been very satisfied. This order that went to Saskatoon was a huge disappointment.( for my daughters 25th Birthday) I did approve substitutes because they did not have lilies in stock however the overall arrangement was disappointing and has me now rethinking using this site in future

Red roses were delivered instead of the yellow ones. Not only did they fix it right away, but they also called to apologize. I realize that mistakes can happen. They corrected the order in a quick and professional manor.
Why am I doing a survey a month later? That does not make sense and does not make me feel like you really care one way or the other how I feel about my order. Stop sending me any texts.

Had to pay extra bc the delivery location was farther from the flower shop, but they notified and asked my permission before filling the order.
Thanks for the fast delivery...Placed my order on 13 day of February and expected delivery the following day, did not happen. I was not happy, as I sent three different arrangements and all three were extremely late delivery.
We were very disappointed as they didn't arrive on time and we were only offered a discount on our next purchase. It was a special delivery for my brother and family for Christmas as they were going through a hard time. As I live in the UK and they are in USA, I won't be using this service again.

Very easy website to use and find the product I wanted. Delivery was delayed due to weather, but I was not informed of that delay.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
