A little pricy. Prices should include delivery there should be no handling charges.
The person that received the flowers left the hospital the day of (Friday or Thursday). He didn't get the flowers at home until Monday sometime.
I have been very pleased with the flowers I have sent in the past. On January 16,2017, I requested a bouquet to be sent to my sister in a nursing home type facility in another part of the state and paid for an upgraded bouquet. However, when I received a picture from her daughter, it did not appear to have any more than the basic bouquet. I appreciate this opportunity to respond. I assume that there was a miscommunication between Just Flowers and the florist in Alexandria, VA. Therefore, I will not choose to upgrade again, even though I have been satisfied with Just Flowers in the past.

I ordered a large 'basket' of flowers for my mother in laws birthday - she received a cheap clear glass vase and more 'greens' than flowers. For $75 I could have made 5 vases of flowers and gotten cheap glass vase from the Dollar store.
Very nice arrangement. It appeared larger on the website. Gets pretty pricey by the time you add in the taxes and delivery fees.

After promising a GUARANTEED delivery date, the flowers were then delivered 2 days after said day. Once the flowers were delivered, they did not resemble the bouquet I ordered at ALL. I have attached a photo below. They apologized and offered me $10 back. $10 for a bouquet that I paid $55 for, and really looks like it cost about $15. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement at this point. I will never use them again, and I don't recommend anyone else using them either.

Have ordered from you several times in the past. Always seems to be well received. This time I received a polite call to let me know that the types of flowers needed to be changed. I gave my okay, however in the end, I was not as happy with what was sent. (My daughter sent me pictures.) However, I do know the weather was very bad that day, and perhaps some flowers were not available for the arrangement. I do wish it could have been a little prettier, but overall, I was reasonably satisfied, though the cost was a bit high.

I had no phone number for a residential address, so the site held up the order until I invented one. I tried to use PayPal - originally a choice - but that disappeared when I went to pay for it. This is not a user friendly site; look around there may be better ones.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
