So far my shopping experience is fast and efficient and easy. Hopefully the right products arrive as its my sister's 55th birthday.
WE ORDERED FLOWERS ON MARCH 15TH AND THEY WEREN'T DELIVERED UNTIL MARCH 17TH, NOT ONLY WERE THEY DIFFERENT ARRANGEMENT, BUT A DIFFERENT COLOR COMPLETELY. WE ORDERED A PINK ARRANGEMENT FOR OUR DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY (LIFE OF THE PARTY ARRANGEMENT) AND WE GOT A YELLOW ONE THAT WAS ALSO SUPPOSE TO HAVE ANOTHER $10 ADDED TO THE ARRANGEMENT BECAUSE IT WAS A LATE DELIVERY WHICH WE NEVER GOT EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERTISE SAME DAY DELIVERY. WE PHONED TO COMPLAIN AND WE GOT PUT ON HOLD AND NOBODY CAME BACK. WE CALLED AGAIN AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO AN SUPERVISOR WHICH NEVER CAME ON, FINALLY SOMEONE CAME ON AND SAID A SUPERVISOR WOULD BE IN TOUCH WITH US BUT NOBODY DID, AND WHEN WE CALLED BACK AGAIN SHE OFFERED US $5 CREDIT. WHAT A JOKE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY HAD 761 COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM ON THE INTERNET. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WHAT THEY SAY ON THEIR SITE ABOUT SERVICE AND DELIVERY IS NOT TRUE, THEY LIE AND JUST TRY TO GET SERVICE OR SATISFACTION OUT OF THEM. ALL YOU GET IS A RUN AROUND.
The flowers arrived early in the morning. They were a surprise for our daughter-in-law. She really loved the beautiful bouquet We sent for her birthday. The flowers were fresh and the bouquet was made with flowers I specified.
I was totally impressed with the customer service when I placed my order but it did not get delivered until 5 days after I ordered them. I was so disappointed but I guess alls well that ends well! Not sure I will use this company again!

Plant was not at all like pictured on the website. I understand it cannot be exact, but this one had three small branches and in the website picture it was full and had like 20+. Company was nice and sent a second plant which they told me may be just like the first one...and it was. So now my daughter has twin scrawny plants. (Good thing she has a green thumb) They should be a little more realistic with the photos. I used them once before and was pleased, so it may be the type of plant/flowers you order. I just felt the for $60, it should be close to the picture.
Very disappointed with Birthday arrangement sent to our daughter. Photo showed primarily an iris arrangent with small hydrangea filler. Received was several large hydrangea blooms with 5 very long iris spikes sticking out. No balance or flow to arrangement. Our daughter ended up cutting the flowers and rearranging to make it more acceptable. Staff was courteous in my many conversations with them but would not send another arrangement. The best I could do was get $10 refund on a $100 arrangement. I was very disappointed as I enjoyed my initial ordering experience and the concern that everything was to my satisfaction. I thought I had finally found a florist I could use in the area.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
