Seems like my "promotion code" did not work in calculating my final payment. I was supposed to get a 15% discount and only received 10% which required me to try and "chat" with a rep which did not work, and thenI spent about 30 minutes working with a rep to get this settled and it is not finished yet. So, it needs to runs smoother.

Lots of selection, good experience
FLOWER ARRANGEMENT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I PAID FOR AND DELIVERY SUCKED IT ARRIVED IN SAME DAY BUT WAS LEFT BY ITSELF IN A BUSY OFFICE BUILDING WHERE ANYONE COULD HAVE TAKEN IT. REPEATED CALLS FROM YOUR COMPANY CAME AND DISTRUBED ME AT MY JOB AND NOTHING WAS DONE FOR ME. EVEN AFTER I PROVIDED PICTURES THAT WERE A CRAPPY REPRESENTATION OF WHAT I PAID FOR. BASE ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERIVE RESPONSE I WOULD WARN AGAINST USING YOU. AND THAT DOESNT EVEN INCLUDE NOT VISITNG THE FLOURIST THAT FILLED THE ORDER. THIS EXPERIACE WILL SEND ME TO YOUR COMPETTIORS.

Update:
The flowers were delivered and left on the front porch. They weren't​ discovered until the next day and had frost damage. I called to complain and Justflowers sent a replacement the next day. A++ Service!

It was very easy and quick.
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday as I was going to be out of town. When I called my wife on her birthday, she told me she did not receive any flowers. I called the customer support number and they informed me that the flowers were not delivered to my house as my wife was not at home and instead they were delivered to a neighbor that I did not know.
Fortunately they had a contact number for my 'unknown neighbor' and contacted her. My wife's flowers were not delivered until two days after her birthday, which was very frustrating.
When I spoke to the customer service representative, she was apologetic but did not offer any compensation or legitimate reason why just flowers abdicated their responsibility to deliver the flowers I ordered ON TIME.
I was frustrated with the customer support and how just flowers reacted to my disappointment regarding their inability to deliver the flowers I ordered on time.
As such I will not be using or recommending just flowers to my friends and coworkers.
