Easy to purchase. Hope flowers end up like the picture. A bit pricier than what I have paid on other websites. Ordered from Canada to have shipped to the USA... exchange rate was a lot
Fast and convenient
After receiving a photo from the recipient the flowers were nothing like what I ordered. Instead of a floral centerpiece bouquet it was a bud vase with a few flowers. It did not even compare to what was ordered! I blame the florist that filled the order and I would not have known if my family member wouldn't have sent me a photo. I was very disappointed!

I have ordered many arrangements for various occasions send to many different places and persons from different florists. But Just Flower is the worst. Should not be in business. I can't give worst than 1 star, because they are very nice when taking your order. But after that.
Reasons: 1. Looking at the picture in the catalog which labeled deluxe look very nice and full, so I ordered premium figured it would be beautiful. But upon delivered it is less than the deluxe.
2. the flowers were not the same as described
When i brought this to the customer service, all i got was we are sorry.
So if you wish to be embarrass by your gift then go ahead and order from JustFlowers.

The only problem was the constant interuption by someone named Marty asking if I needed help - if I wanted help I would have ordered by phone!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
