I don't like the order process, it doesn't show me the shipping costs, it doesn't let me review the order, it does a terrible job. I just wanted to send this, or I would have never ordered this. Overall terrible experience

The flowers were beautiful and they definitely arrived promptly.
After ordering I realized there were other web sights that rated Just Flowers. Hundreds and hundreds of negative comments of disappointment with order or delivery. I called to cancel and talked to two different agents that assured me of delivery and a beautiful arrangement. So I trusted them. Two hours before the service, I receive a call that they could not deliver. PLEASE avoid this heartache!
If this saves one person! What they send is about 1/4 of what is in the picture. Then they offer you a refund of $10-$15. It really is a total scam. The worst part is I used PayPal and they stuck up for these scammers.

This company is a sham. I ordered a bouquet for a family member... delivered a day late, and the bouquet was terrible and nothing like the photo we ordered from. It cost $97 USD... worth less tan $20... My wife and I spent numerous calls on the line with Customer Service... delays, and no resolution to a full refund request. We were offered $10 credit. The product was an ugly mix, delivered late and paid an unreasonable price. Take notice and do not deal with them. DON"T GET SUCKED IN BY THE PHOTOS AND POLICY... B. S

I ordered flowers for my daughter in laws birthday. First they were not delivered on her birthday. They called and said they would be delivered early the next day. They were delivered LATE the next day. I was promised a discount because they were not delivered when promised. My daughter in law sent a picture of the arrangement and it was pathetically small, not as pictured on the website. Then I got the bill and my $34 flowers had now cost me $71. I called them and explained my complaint, they promised a $20 discount. I will not order from them again.

Flowers were not anything like display on website. Just thought it was due to flowers were not seasonally available. They were pretty though.
A bit much on the green, but the recipient was very happy with them, and that's what mattered most
Beautiful arrangements available at an affordable price and and a very user friendly website.
Easy to do and a good selection of gifts
The parcel wasn't handed to the receipient personally but left in the garage. So it was only noticed on the following day.

Horrible! I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered on Sunday. They didn't inform me that they couldn't find a flourist to deliver that day. When the flowers were delivered the first time, they were completely wrong. They were nothing like I ordered. So I contacted them a third time and finally got some flowers that resembled what I ordered. I spent a lot of money for flowers for my sisters birthday and had such a hard time. I won't order from justflowers.com ever again.
I don't understand why it took so long for the survey. This order was delivered well over a month ago, on time but I expected more in the arrangement as shown in the picture of the order I placed

We were not home at the specific time of delivery. Yet, the delivery person called my cell, we talked briefly & agreed where to leave the flowers (protected from the sun, etc.)... VERY NICE!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
