Do not order from here. Did not deliver flowers on time for Mother's day and they later informed us they were making a substitution which I did not request in order to get them there on time. Well get this, they are already late. Would not recommend using this vendor. Horrible, horrible service. I would give this place zero stars if that was an option.
I have been trying to reach you guys for 2 days. No live person available. I ordered same day delivery for my mother in law yesterday the agent that took the ordered said no problem they will definitely deliver same day. I have not received an email at all with confirmation. Tried calling 10 times yesterday and today for status again no reply, left messages. Very disappointed and upset. Just want my money back.

I would give this ZERO stars if possible! Only ordered flowers from here because they said they had MOTHERS DAY DELIVERY. I was not informed until 9:40PM that the flowers were not deivered and would be delivered tomorrow. TOMORROW IS NOT MOTHERS DAY. These were for my Grandmother who I hardy get to see and she felt that I forgot about her which is completely unacceptable. This company is a complete fraud. If they were not going to be delivered ON THE DATE THAT I PAID FOR I expected a phone call earlier in the day so that I could make alternate plans. I would have ordered from ANY other florist but they said they could do Mothers Day delivery and clearly did not. It is absurd that I was not notified except by email at 9:40PM... By 10PM on a Sunday night there is nothing that I can do, NEVER order from them EVER. They are a joke. I will be leaving BBB reviews as well and following up on all other review websites also. Also having the payment cancelled so they cannot hold onto it and scam me more.

I placed my order on Monday to be delivered on a Wednesday. While I was thinking they should be delivered I received a phone call telling me the price would be ten dollars more than I had paid online. They wanted to know did I want to pay the extra ten dollars and have them delivered. I didn't have much choice if I wanted the flowers delivered on my aunts birthday. I should have been called on Monday or Tuesday so I could have made other plans if I wanted to. The price quoted on line should have been honored.
I ordered flowers for my Mom to be delivered the DAY BEFORE Mothers Day just to make sure they would make it by Mothers Day. Still no flowers. Don't be scammed by the claims of delivery - this is a tactic to reel you in, then jump thru hoops to get your money back.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers ($146.45, Order #*******) the day before, in the morning for same day Saturday delivery just to be sure. They never delivered. Buyers beware. They wont issue you a refund for failing to process your order. You will have to call your Credit Card Company and issue a "Charge-Back". The reviews are correct. They are terrible failures.
UPDATE: Just Flowers saw this review and sent an email that they would issue a refund. So I called them on Mothers Day at 5:30AM. The rep said that I needed to speak to one of their managers. After 20 minutes he said one was still not available. I told him I would wait on hold. After 1 hour they could still not provide a manager to take care of our issue. There are many other reviews pointing out the refund-games they play and their failure to get anything right.
So at this point, realizing that 1 hour on hold was a good indication that no manager would ever be available, I just simply called my CC Company and issued a charge-back. My CC company told me it was no problem. The charge was still Pending at the time. They indicated that the charge would be credited back as soon as it posted and any further charges from them blocked.
You, as a customer, don't have to stand for this kind of BS ever. Always pay with a Credit Card and you will be protected from businesses like this.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2 days ago. This timeframe was well within the websites stated delivery window. I just received email stating the flowers wouldn't deliver on time. Since they've created a slick ad like email, this obviously happens continuously with justflowers.com.
Called. No humans available evidently. No worries. American Express to the rescue. Disputed and cancelled payment. Checkmate! I love it when you get a win out of one these situations!
PS. I read some of the comments about them on this site. The justflowers rep, Daniel K., must feel like Sean Spicer trying to explain this nonsense. If they were a stock, I'd be short!
Update: 6/4/17 - Flowers never showed (of course). Didn't think they would.

This was the worst Florist I have ever done business with, I order RED roses (for a reason, it was my mother's favorite color) they delivered PINK roses (if I had wanted PINK roses I would have ordered the many arrangements that offered PINK roses. They promised to deliver on Wednesday but did not deliver until Thursday. The people I spoke to talked over me and would not listen to why I was upset they just continuously referred to the fine print in the order confirmation, they only cared about what they were ALLOWED to do legally and not what they customer actually wanted and needed. For my money I was embarrassed by poor quality of the arrangement. The website has three different arrangements to choose from the one I ordered had the word beside it "SHOWN" that was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. They made it clear that they did not care about my satisfaction only about the being allowed to rip people off by sending anything they had in stock instead of delivering the product advertised.

After being two days late on deliver I requested a full refund and was declined. The flowers were delivered 5 days late. Now I'm stuck in their mailing list which I have opted out of ten times with no success and I get emails almost everyday.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
