I ordered the flowers on Saturday morning to be delivered to my brother and family for St. Patrick's Day. The flowers were delivered around 4 that afternoon and they got rave reviews. The flowers looked fabulous in the pictures that my family sent me. I will definitely order from justflowers.com
Flowers came a day late despite promises of timely delivery and cost more than advertised price. Whatever ran the price up was not made known to me in the conversation with the salesman. I am not happy.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered before Mother's Day and they didn't deliver until after Mother's Day and they had terrible customer service - I WILL NEVER EVER EVER use this service again! They tried to turn it around that it was MY fault that they couldn't find a florist to deliver them before Mother's Day. STOP taking orders and telling customers you will get them delivered on time - if you can't find a florist! So disappointed!

I ordered flowers for my mother which were never delivered. Company does respond. I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered on Saturday, May 13. The flowers have never arrived. I received an automated email from them on Saturday night that they had a delivery problem and would try to deliver on Sunday. They didn't. On Sunday I received an email from them that they would deliver on the next possible day. They didn't say when that was. No flowers have been delivered. I have tried to contact the company numerous times to cancel the order and request a refund. The have no way to request a refund online and it is impossible to talk to a real person unless you contact their phone line for new orders. Then they tell you they can't help you and hang up on you. This entire business is a scam that is set up so that you cannot talk to an actual person, you cannot get any answers, and you cannot get a refund.

I ordered flowers for my Mom for Motherly a few days in advance. Just to make sure she would get them I scheduled delivery the day before mother's day. They did not deliver the day before, the next day, or the next day. I am still waiting to see if they will ever deliver them. When a service says they will deliver on such and such a date, they better make sure they can do it. Delaying over three days is just not excusable. I will never use this service again.

My husband ordered flowers and paid 86.00 for Mother's Day. They never came that day. They sent an email saying they were not able to deliver that day. They came the next day. The flowers were mediocre at best. Lets not forget about that busted up hoopty they were delivered in. Wow!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. Like so many others, my order was not delivered. First and foremost I am upset that what was meant to be a nice gift for my Mother was not delivered. That said I find it particularly infuriating that I ordered through this company via an email stating that there was still time to order flowers for delivery on Mother's Day. False advertising. If the difference between the pictured flowers and the actual flowers is comparable to the difference between their delivery claims and the actual service, my Mother will be receiving lawn clippings.

Ordered saturday 5/13/17 for delivery same day -- day BEFORE Mother's day. It is now monday 5/15/17 - the day AFTER Mother's Day. NO DELIVERY. NO EMAIL. NO ANSWER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE (waited on phone for over 60 mins). I have every intention of taking this 'to the mattresses' if I don't get a full refund and apology. I have been SCREWED! I am an internet marketer and am planning the viral social media campaign to educate potential innocent victims about this SCAM!

As all of you did, I ordered for Mother's Day, got email around 5pm on Mother's Day stating they wouldn't get delivered on that day, but would go the next with a apology note. Today is is 3pm and the delivery still hasn't made it. Have responded to the email demanding refund, no response, have been on hold for over 15 minutes multiple times. Only time I got through to a person it was just a guy who could take a new order with zero access to old order info. Also if you try to check delivery status through the 1800 number it just says "mother day is our busiest holiday and we can't accept calls." This company is a sham in every way, zero starts if possible. I would not have used this company had they not guaranteed the delivery date, it wasn't cheap, and now I am out the money and my out of state Mom did not get any flowers on Mother's Day. - a very pissed off guy

I placed an order for Mother's Day and they said the flowers would arrive on time. I paid $92 and the flowers never arrived. I received an email late in the evening apologizing that they could not fulfill the order on time. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and they said it was too late. I called and emailed several times and did not get a response until after they attempted to deliver them a day late. I do not want the flowers delivered and the so called manager said there was nothing they can do. HORRIBLE company, save yourself the aggravation, disappointment and embarrassment of flowers that arrive late.

I placed an order late on Saturday night (May 13), as they still had Mother's Day delivery as an option on their website. Foolishly, I did not read the hundreds of negative reviews prior to purchasing. After placing the order, I called an spoke to a customer service agent who promised me the flowers would be delivered MAY 14 MOTHERS DAY. Nothing was delivered, no contact from the company, no phone calls or emails advising as to when they will actually be delivered. I have called and left messages on their phone system as it is impossible to speak to a live agent, I have gone on their website on submitted their form to have them contact me - no contact. After paying $171 CAD to have this order delivered on time I am extremely disappointed with not only the clear lack of customer service - but the fact that whey can blindly steal from people like this. I have filed a claim with the BBB and will be filing a fraud claim with Mastercard once the payment is posted to my account. At this point I would like a full refund as nothing has been provided for the nearly $200 I spent.
If there is no resolution I will be speaking to my lawyer - as a previous poster commeted, this has all the makings of a Class Action Lawsuit. Regardless of the amount spent, this is not how you run a business and I do not want other people to go through this painful ordeal and losing your hard earned money to a scam.

Same as so many others, I placed an order on May 10 to have flowers delivered Saturday, the day before Mother's Day, which was confirmed in the order. Found out Sunday afternoon that no flowers had been delivered, so tried contacting company by phone and by email to cancel the order. Could not get through to anyone. Tried again today. Then get an email message saying order delivered-- that's two days late. Unacceptable. I want my money back but so far have not been able to get through to anyone.

I placed 2 orders online with JustFlowers.com and I received an email on Mother's Day stating that they apologized but they were not able to make the order(s). Not just one order but 2 orders. One order for Texas and the other for Arizona. I can't tell you how disappointed I am to learn of this on the day of delivery! If they couldn't make the guaranteed delivery then why couldn't they have stated that when I purchased the items! I could have called a local florist or came up with another option!
They claim the flowers are to be delivered today. I have not heard yet but I'm am so frustrated after spending over $100 for each order for them to arrive on the holiday. Now, it's an after thought! Ugh!

Mothers Day 2017
I went through the same issue yesterday (Mothers Day 2017 with my order # *******).
I can sit here and type a long drawn out saga... but it would just be much of the same as you will read that other victims have experienced. I was taken on the same ride. Fraud is not the word to describe this company, it goes deeper then that. I was not aware until speaking with my attorney this morning that it has the making of what he called is the classic (Class Action Litigation) and not the kind that everyone gets $20 for either. So I asked him to look into this for me. Anyone interested?
Make sure that you all save all of the email correspondence that you have recieved from this company. I even took a screen shot of where they state that they guarantee the delivery on time and date, and the email appoligizing that they can not make the delivery when promised.
I fully understand that Mothers day is a very busy day for flowers... but if you would have just said that there was a possability of not getting the order delivered on time... I would have had a plan "B"
Now it is the consumers time to act, and try to stop this from happining to anyone else!

They are not florist the send your flower order to florists and florist hate them because the give bad instructions and not enough money for the order.
So florist fill for what they get. You spend 100.00 and the give the local florist 50.00.
Buyer beware call a real florist... these guys say lies like truck is full, we are out of,,,,,, they dont del they dont have a truck they dont have flowers... call the local down the street florist.

While searching Just Flowers website for a FRUIT basket for my daughter and granddaughter, I saw an adorable basket that offered a sprig of flowers as well. I spoke with an actual employee to place my order for the FRUIT basket to be delivered to my daughter and granddaughter for their move in day to a new apartment. The employee even sent a picture to confirm the exact item that I had chosen and I was assured it could be delivered the same day. What I intended to be a very nice surprise for my daughter and granddaughter has turned into a very miserable and time consuming week long experience. My daughter sent a picture of the delivery and NOTHING BUT FLOWERS. Ugly flowers at that, nothing I would have ever chosen as a flower basket for my daughter! The excuse from Just Flowers was that the florist was out of FRUIT (I never received a call from anyone to advise me and ask if I would like to proceed with the delivery) and just doubled up on FLOWERS... really?!? During that same 30 minute conversation, I was then told by Just Flowers, that they had actually NOT spoken with the florist and would do so ASAP and get back with me. Two managers with Just Flowers have spoken with me and each time they attempted to strong arm me into admitting that a FRUIT basket with a sprig of flowers is the same as a huge FLOWER arrangement and offered me a 10, then 15, then 25 dollar reimbursement for a $94.00 delivery. I will not accept a partial refund for such a ridiculous mistake on their part. I did not order FLOWERS, I placed an order for a nutritious and delicious FRUIT basket and that's what I was told would be delivered. I will only accept a fruit basket to be delivered to them or a FULL REFUND. Anything less is a gross disservice to myself and to my children. I so regret choosing Just Flowers as a trusted florist and will absolutely never make this mistake again. Unfortunately, there was not an option for a rating of zero stars. Stay away from this vendor, they apparently do not understand or care that their product is purchased for a very specific reason or event and "love" is the top priority for reaching out to them in the first place.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
