They did not have the plant I ordered and had to substitute for another.
The arrangement supporse to be Standing Spray and I paid $230.00. The flowershop in Hawaii could not make the same design unless I pay extra $45.00. The primissed delivery date was passed already and I agree to arrange flowers in a vase. The shop delivered the bouquet. The arrangement was far from pretty. Too many flowers in a small vase. I ordered another bouquet from a local florist just in case the Just Flowers could not complete my oder in time. I paid only $87.00 and the bouqeut is 100% better looks. The Just Flowers shuld give me a partial refund of this service.
First base of flowers died after one day. They did send out a replacement the next week that was much better
Flowers sent to my Mother for her Birthday and was delivered on- time and fresh.
I've never used you before but hopefully my daughter will be happy on her 22nd birthday!
You will see JustFlower.com leave a message that "we are here to help." THE DO NOT HELP! My wife spends 3 hours trying to get a refund with a person just trying to turn the conversation over. Why is there no class action lawsuit against them? This company needs to be closed due to consumer fraud!

These are the issue I had with a plant I ordered last week:
It was delivered on the wrong date.
It was delivered to the wrong address.
The recipient's name was incorrectly spelled.
The recipient's phone was incorrect.
I was not notified that the flowers were/could not be delivered.
I will NEVER order from Just Flowers again..

I've used Just Flowers many times over the years, the flowers last very long and the local florists are great. Whenever they've had to substitute, they've phoned me first, or provided an upgrade (like a colored vase over clear).
The flowers I sent to my sister In Law that cost me 100.00 between everything were not worth 10.00. I call and complained and took a picture of the arrangement that was so small that my sister-in law who loves flowers was very disappointed. You can imagine my surprise when I went to her house for Easter and saw this small handful of flowers in a mini vase that was not even attractive never mind worth the money I paid no to say the time I spend picking out the right arrangement. This was the second time I have had to complain about an order and received not satisfaction from Just Flowers. I was a very disappointed consumer.
This was sent as a gift to a friend, so I didn't see the actual flowers, but the picture I received as a thank-you confirmed that the flowers were what I had ordered and they were received on the day I requested for the delivery.

I ordered flowers for my husband's mother for Mother's Day. They never arrived. My voicemail and e-mail was not returned. They finally called me back 5 days later and offered $10 off. Completely unacceptable! I asked for a refund. My mother-in-law was so hurt, she thought her son did not think of her on Mother's Day.

I ordered flowers for Mother's day and they never were delivered. I called several time and waited forever on hold only to find out it was a loop and you had to leave a message. I left several messages by phone and online. My card was charged and no response. FURIOUS!

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
