The order process seemed smooth but the service went downhill from there. My delivery was about 3 weeks late. I understand there was confusion about the delivery location (turned out it needed to be shipped rather than delivered); however, I was never contacted about the issue. If I had not called back I probably never would have heard anything. Therefore, my low ratings are due to the poor communication and customer service skills.

I love this site and company. You have customer service people ready to help you quickly during your ordering process. It is organized by occasion, and you had just what I needed. This was all done in maybe less than 5 mins. I was able to navigate the site well, choose what I needed, was able to make a card, and another great thing is that I was able to pay with Pay Pal. I am very impressed at what you have to offer, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
