I will NEVER use Just Flowers again. I ordered the flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and they were two days late! The representative from Just Flowers would wait until late in the date to advise me. I should never have been charged for the flowers and I was.

Ordered flowers in advance for Mother's Day for $110; paid for Mother's Day arrival. Didn't arrive, so called them and the manager said he'd put them on a truck and have them delivered. Didn't happen. Delivered 3 days later, and my father was embarrassed - said they look like they ran into Walgreens and purchased a $15 bouquet. Called back and received the worst service I ever encountered. Seriously, don't use this company or you'll regret it

Your website is slow and does not respond when you click on wanting paypal. Took 4 attempts. I am on a computer 8 hours a day so it is not lack of ability.
Since I ordered a more deluxe version of the bouquet, I thought it would be bigger with nicer flowers, but it was just average looking.: (

They did NOT have the blue hydrangea I ordered in stock and sent a poor substitute with a tacky handwritten card. I had to reorder something else a week or more after original order and it was a late arrival a week after birthday!
I will use justflowers in the near future, the service and the plant was very nice

This is incredibly fast and convenient. However both my husband and I have had similar experiences with orders we've placed and paid for where we've been asked to submit more money after finalizing the transaction due to unforeseen delivery expenses. When we are being told we are paying the price which includes delivery, that is the price we expect to have to pay. It would likely make a difference in what we were ordering if we knew that the price shown on the web screen is not really the correct price after all. Very disappointing although thankfully, it was made right in the end. Given this, we may continue to use your services in the future.
