Flowers stayed fresh for more days than expected
I honestly do not know how this so called company is in business! I ordered flowers and balloons for a friends get well on Wed to be delivered Friday, they did not show up, I received no call or email and had to call them five times, each time they leave you on hold deliberately for 10 to 15 minutes and are always unable to reach a "manager" or sort the problem, I was then promised the delivery would arrive Saturday which it did not, again no notification, I called again and was told the florist couldn't be reached and that my area was rural which was a problem and that the only florist was 20 miles away which was completely false! There are several within 6 miles. I called again Sunday was again put on hold for a long time to be asked if an apology note would be acceptable! No it damn well isn't! I asked six times for a full refund, she even then asked if I would consider keeping the money I paid on file for a future order! I told her no way I'd ever be using this so called company again. I've been told my refund will be issued within 4 working days so we shall see! My advice, do not use this scam company and stay well away. They should be reported for trying to steel and scan people.
The flowers were for a sick relative. She sent me a pict6and thanked me. They were lovely and lasted a long time.
Very easy to order, lots of options, a bit pricey though.
It has been so long ago that I forget. You should send this out closer to order date. Thank you.

Easy to order and quick to charge but my 1PM delivery date was late by almost 5 hours.
A little problem with getting address accepted
I saw on the website next day delivery advertised in bold but hardy any, if not at all of no Sunday delivery. I was led to believe that my order placed on Saturday would be delivered the next day and it was not. Disappointed.
The flowers were beautiful and lasted over a week.

The flower arrangement was for my daughter-in-law birthday. I saw the piece 2 days after it was delivered and it was stunning. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was perfect. She was very pleased.

Ordering was quick and easy. I reserve judgement on the service until I know the flowers were as pictured and were delivered as requested.
The flower arrangement looked great but some of the flowers wilted in just a couple of days...quicker than I would have expected.
First time to order from here. I ordered for my Daughter the first pics she sent me I was disappointed but she sent me another pic a day or two later & the bouquet was beautiful. Really opened up nicely & she said it lasted at least a week.
