The flowers that got delivered looked nothing like the photo of the bouquet I chose. Not the same colour scheme or even the same vessel - the name of the package even said "in a pail" but glass got delivered. Not at all the rustic look I was going for.

These flowers were ordered for a lady/friend that I work with from everyone at the office while she was in the hospital. Shopping online was great and made it so much easier for me to do while at work and still answer the phones. I went to the hospital to see her and the flowers were very pretty and seemed to be very fresh. She loved them. :)

Last year I used your service.Everything was perfect!
First of all, the flowers were delivered 1 day later than expected. Next, they were not the color pictured (white hydrangea instead of the "heavenly blue" pictured. Finally, the recipient complained about the flower condition and color and nothing was done to correct this by local florist... I was given $7 credit... not that great of a deal since I spent $60 and didn't achieve the goal of making my recipient happy with the surprise

I felt like the bouquet was small for the price...everything g else went well...delivery was prompt.

I paid additional to have my flowers delivered BEFORE noon...you got it...afternoon delivery. Truly disappointed.
It would have been nice to have been notified when the order was delivered. It's not very considerate to call the recipient and ask if they've received it.
You should let the buyer know that it has been delivered and go from there.

Balloon was not delivered
Was promised by sales call informing me of not being able to deliver as promised, i was promised an apology would be phoned to my daughter & son-in-law for the delay in their anniversary remembrance. When that never happened, I was told an apology note would accompany the delivery. That didn't happen either. The representative said she would credit my account $10, and I did.
When I called about the missing balloon I was told that I would be credited the additional cost of the missing balloon. I never saw that credit.

How about it? Maybe giving us more options for really, really terrible companies like this one?) They are nuts. I have been waiting five days for a get well bouquet sent and they have a prerecorded script, telling me they are sorry and it will be delivered another day. I have cancelled the order several times - in email, over the phone, etc. and like other reviews, have been kept on hold waiting for a "manager" to take my cancellation, all the while trying to upsell me again! These people are seriously nuts. I have told them I am never calling them back- sorry about their policy but I am NEVER talking to them again and they have gotten my message loud and clear. They are playing games and maybe trying to float some other part of their business with charges from customers who didn't know their business is a total scam and sham. I don't know but I have NEVER experienced such tactics ever! There website is great, but don't let it lure you in. You will not get your flowers delivered and you will receive multiple phone calls and emails, hoping to break you down and you will let them keep the "credit" on your account for a future order... seriously that is how stupid they are after I have told them what I think of their tactics and they still try to upsell and keep your money. I am contacting Better Business Bureau next, have already reversed charges with my credit card company and they persist! Look out for the biggest waste of time ever. I called a local florist today to order for my sick friend and in three hours, she has gotten the flowers... What a miracle! Buyer beware! I ordered flowers for the funerals of our close friend and they didn't deliver it. This is not the occasion when you can make excuses. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY, NEVER USE THEM. They deserve zero stars and must not be in this business.

My Father past away and we ordered from Just flowers. It cost me 172.00 They NEVER made it. I contacted the priest, funeral home and they all said there were NO flowers delivered. They said the priest received them. The will not refund our money or make it right. How can a company prey on a family that is grieving.
Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this terrible company!

Flowers were beautiful but didn't last very long considering the price
I was disappointed in the flowers received, but Just Flowers took care of the issue right away.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
