They charged me $158 for funeral flowers that were never delivered. Don't use these guys, they are scammers of the worst kind.
The bouquet that was delivered is the worst, ugliest, pathetic excuse for a bouquet I have ever seen. It bears no resemblance to the picture of the flowers I paid for.
When I called custumer service, they refused to give me a refund. At the moment I have been on the phone with them for 34 minutes and have been put on hold for the fourth time. Do not use.

Really beautiful bouquet. Well worth the price
It was quick and easy. I hope the flower/plant basket looks much like the picture. I have had issues with other on line flower companies where it wasn't even close.
Its quite a bit expensive with the exchange rate. Not that expensive in Canada

Flowers were lovely, had a lingering scent and much appreciated by the lady receiving them.
I Don't like how the shipping charges don't show until your about to check out. $12 for shipping is pretty high. It was also delivered a day late and it was a completely different flower arrangement than I ordered. Very disappointed.
The whole process of ordering online to the delivery time was great.
The person who received the flowers said they were very fresh and the colors were vibrant. She was very pleased!

Order had been requested for (and been confirmed online) for same-day delivery. A week later, it still had not been delivered. Called to find out what was going on. No one had a clue. Insisted on an answer. After JustFlowers did some checking around, was finally informed that the florist they used didn't have the item I ordered available, so just didn't deliver anything and also didn't bother to notify them or me of the problem. My card was charged immediately for flowers that would NEVER have been delivered anywhere, if I hadn't followup to ask what was going on. I found the lack of communication between JustFlowers and the florist they used for my order to be totally unacceptable. As a final note on this, for my original order, I tried to apply an online coupon that turned out to be only eligible for a higher priced item, but was still granted $5 off, hence the 2 stars for price.
I hope that they are beautiful so that I can justify my ratings for your shop.

Have used you before and I was satisfied, but this time the flowers were not delivered on time. Arrived the day after the memorial service.
I appreciate the opportunity to ship same day to California. This was the only site that allowed this to happen!
Worst flower experience ever. My flowers didn't arrive until one week after they were suppose to be delivered. The only reason they got delivered at all was because I called to find out about delivery, still they were delivered after the call two days later than they were suppose too.
Only gave one star because couldn't figure out how to give none.
Never will order again or recommend your company.

$30 in "fees" on a $55 order is excessive, to say the least, especially a $13 "handling fee". The flowers may be gorgeous, but in good conscience I cannot recommend this florist to others because of the "fees" charged.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
